Very simple 2 star hotel

Staff was very unfriendly. Always trying to push local deals with taxi drivers etc where they get commission on the side. One of the agents working at the reception was actually telling the taxi driver in Turkish to take the money of the silly Americans.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointment because the price was affordable and I thought I would find Radisson quality. When I tried to check in, there was chaos. There was no calm and peaceful environment. When I went to my room, I saw that someone had smoked in the room. I had to change my room. In general, it lacks Radisson quality, it is a place that does not deserve this name. It is a mediocre place.

Good food. Varieties to choose from and neat environment to eat.

The location was good for me personally. I had a great experience staying at this hotel. They have modern cosy and neat rooms. The bed was really comfortable. I would like to kindly thank the staff for making me feel at home. They were very friendly and always ready to assist. Special thanks to the front desk. You guys are superb.

Most of ALL the staff was Amazing especially Sibel from Housekeeping, front desk clerk Emre. The room was Updated & Clean we Love Sibel

The Internet is Horrible, very poor connection..

The room is too small , reception staff not available all time in the night shift, no service quality .

Basically no complaint, except for breakfast buffet. Staff were very much helpful. Room was spacious and quiet for traffic around. It wasn't very new but clean enough.

Lots of micro flies around breakfast buffet.Foods and service was good but wouldn't come back if the situation wouldn't be improved.

Hi all !Fantastic property and location , bus station just one min walks on same side of the road with hotel , the property provide a big fridge to storage own food , pool lovely and quiet , Restaurant has a good price range as an restaurant around , which is really nice, hotel also doing money exchange with a bit less rate but is not much you can lose after exchange! Also a special thanks to Mohhammed, Younus emre , Ahmed and all guys ( sorry do not remember names ) who was very helpful and honest friendly , also helpful to get ice whenever I need ! It was pleasure to stay in this hotel and I would come back definitely ?

Friendly staff , honestly helpful, clean hotel

It was a good price and one of nicer reception guy gave me a good deal for half day charge when I asked to check out at 6pm.

There was an electricity issue so our room was blacked out from midnight for about an hour or two. Secondly I needed an adaptor for my charger and when I asked them they said they can arrange it in 38 dollars. I got one from the shops myself for just 4 dollars. Thirdly, I ran into an issue with a taxi where the man was unable to accept my card and I had no TL cash on me. I went to reception to ask for help and 2 very rude arrogant men were at the desk and told me to walk towards another hotel to get to the ATM. I asked if they could take money from my card and give me the cash but they very bluntly said they can’t do anything to help me. I was alone with 2 little kids and they seemed cold and unhelpful at a difficult moment.

I did not get the family room as i booked. Instead i assumed a big standard room with extra bed was arranged by the hotel.

Nice hotel with underground parking, also they have separated parking spot in front of the entrance for about 20 cars…. Good, willing to help personal. Everything clean. We get a nice room with beautiful views on city….

Location itself. It is quite far from any malls, cafes or attractions.

This is NOT the hotel near the Istanbul Airport

The name of the hotel is confusing. I wanted to stay over one night at a nearby hotel to the Istanbul Airport, because I missed my flight. I found this and reserved for one night. But there is another hotel called Park Inn by Radisson Istanbul Airport which is actually near the Istanbul Airport. I thought I reseved that one and arrived to that hotel. Only then I realized I booked the hotel near the old İstanbul Ataturk Airport. The problem is, there is no Istanbul Ataturk Airport anymore, it was closed in 2018 but this hotel is still keeping the name as is. When I was at the Park Inn by Radisson Istanbul Airport, there was another person with the same problem and receptionist said, there were four other people today who are confused and came to the wrong hotel. Seriously, why are you keeping the same name for many years and confuse people. We are tired after a trip and you created many hours of problematic discussions.

they changed our room to a bigger room with good view when I complain about room size and the color and they didn't charge us more. which I really appreciate and my we were happy about this. stuff were helpful and friendly. parking lot was available and free. location was good for me in terms of access because I was using a car. water pressure was good at the shower. the bar man at the night was very helpful I forgot his name ( no hairs and stylish beard)a/c was working very good , because of the season we used both warm and cool.

I think after pivot of the main Istanbul airport from Ataturk to new airport the previous hotels which made around the airport location faced financial issues and this caused decreasing service quality. ""The breakfast score was 2/10."" the material was stale, we even found some molds on bread and cheese! even when we announced to the stuff the morning after the same material remain there! the swimming pool were almost closed however it was working but the water was cold as hell and the jacuzzi was always turned off. The rom didn't have minibar and re refrigerator was unplugged and out of service (stuff said all of them are same in the hotel) and you have to forget about cold water in the night if you need to ( maybe you should call room service for this i didn't try!) and you don't have any place to keep something cold!The safety box was not working. No one was guest care there and the cleaning worker came and bring our luggage up. ""If it was anywhere out of turkey this hotel were 4 stars""

The staff behavior was really unpleasent. They would not help in anything. There was no room service avalible. I asked for tissue 3 times nothing happened. I asked 3 times for extra bed that I mentioned in my booking but after the 3rd time they brought.Awful!!!!
