The location

Is a little hotel, rooms are small, duty floor and in bad condition, AC doesn’t cool down, was a lot noisy area, breakfast not good I ate eggs one day only got stomach issues, my room was by the street so gets warm inside.

In the heart of old city,clean tasty breakfast and for good price ?

The windowseal and the bathroom had a lot of moldspots, the A/C broke down from time to time.

There is no soundproofing at all, there is a lot of dampness in the room, mold in several places

Amazing hotel in the city center, very close to main tourist attractions and public transport (metro, tram and the Marmaray rail that was very important since I visited the Asian side quite often). At the same time, the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely as expected, the bathroom was always clean, and hot water was always available. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay there.

- location is close to the historic center, about 20-30 min walk to Hagia Sofia- friendly and helpful staff- spacious and clean room- very good breakfast- good value for money

- а faucet in the bathroom works but with efforts, it should be repaired or changed to a new one

Nice personnel, everyday cleaning service and towel change, quiet location, close to important landmarks and public transportation.

Needs some renovation.

This is a charming hotel with a wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. You are in walking distance of downtown and major attractions. This hotel was perfect for my stay.

Staff did try to assist as long as it's under their control. Owner denied our request for refund but asked if we were able to fix issues ourselves. Owner also suggested that it is not a 5 start hotel to meet our expectation which is a normal functional room, what a question. We knew that we had to move out and get a place with guest friendly.

After long 13 hours flight, our room was assign at 4th floor with no elevator. Room was not setup with 4 separate beds as requested and paid for an extra bed setup.None of the basic necessities - toilet flush doesn't work, room heater doesn't work, Fridge doesn't work must have for a family. Face towels, bedsheets, pillows were in miserable conditions, and more. Big No No for families with minors.

Clean room and hotel in general, although old. Helpful stuff. Decent Breakfest. good and not crowded location 7 mn from suleymane mosque.

While I reached the property I found that i have two reservations of the same room in the same period (doublicated). I informed the property and they told me that i have to contact booking.com. I can understand that, however, i could not find a way to reach Booking.com.In fact, I did the second reservation immediately after the first one as i received a message from booking.com saying that the booking wasnt confirmed and asked me if i need to rebook the room. I answered yes for rebook and didnot realised that I made a doublicated reservation and payed twice the price until i arrived to the hotel.i hope booking will correct this mistake and refund me the money as i consumed only one room.

I liked the location and the staff,breakfast not so bad.

Room very small i could hardly find an area to put the praying carpet.The bed is not confortable at all..The pillow is as old as the city..The room service???? Very very baaad..IN our 10 days staying the sheets were only changed ONCE...... They don't clean the rooms or even do the bed.. They just change the towels and that's it...We asked TWICE for an extra blanket because the only one provided was small and the only answer was:" I'll tell the room service to provide one in the morning."On booking it was mentioned that there is laundry service with extra fees but when asked they said there is not !Hopefully you'll take this review into consideration.

1- Economic hotel in Old City (Fatih). Blue Mosque is about 20 minutes walk. 2- They offer simple free breakfast with tea and instant coffee3- staff are wonderful 4- plenty of restaurants nearby.

Personnel was good, really appreciate the 24/7 reception. Breakfasts were good.

Too noisy. The street is very very noisy. It becomes quiet at 00:00 and noisy at 07:00 again. Also, not very clean, it is visible that the hotel is old. But not a big issue here. Also, door in our room didn’t close without a key.

Room was very basic, small for 3 person, but for sleepover and shower ok. Breakfast simple, same every morning, but for that price one can't espect more.

I didn't like the fact that I specifically ask for 3 separate bads and get the OK answer but room was double and 1 single bad. If you can't provide than you say so.

Central location, foot-access to the markets and public transport, helpful staff, special big thanks to the cleaning lady, who gave useful tips, good breakfast, 7-min walk to Süleymanie Camii, rooms are equipped with fridge and TV

Everything was perfect but one couldn’t use A/C because water from it was leaking directly onto the floor causing minor flood after couple of minutes usage and hence inconvenience given the hot conditions outside

- Super nice staff- Great location - near metro station and close to all monuments, etc. - Luggage storage

- We would appreciate some fruits with the breakfast (but overall good selection)- The mattress could be betterOverall it's great place to stay, so no complaints
