Great location with a unique/boutique design. It had a clear design approach which was consistent and fun. I would stay there again.

It's important to keep your balcony windows shut to avoid cigarette smoke coming up from the interior bar/lobby area. I didn't anticipate this and couldn't figure out why the room was filling with the smell of cigarette smoke.

Staff is very nice and helpful. The location is great. The room was good size (senior suite).

Noise from Istiklal Caddesi continues until very late at night (at least 2 or 3 am). Room furniture and decorations look old.

I honestly loved everything about this hotel. The entire staff members were extremely professional, kind and caring. Vtku at the reception desk made me feel so welcomed the minute I arrived to the hotel and provided me with an excellent customer service during my stay. The breakfast was great and the staff working in the restaurant were super friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and has an amazing central location. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

the place hard for handicap elevator is small

Some parts of our room mostly the shower and toilet are a bit old The water sink … is not fast, TV = no English or foreign language

Open glass doors for washroom was very awkward and uncomfortable since I was travelling with family

The staff were incredible and the best as they were very helpful kind trustworthy and supportive. Especially Vegsi, Doğan, Yosuf, Abdullah, Hale and Esma.The rooms are clean and breakfast is very good and diverse. The sound from the outside is not very loud if you shut the window as its double glazed. The crib for the baby is one of the best ones we’ve tried so far as it has a thick mattress vs other hotels were the baby can feel the base and not being very comfortable.Its in the right center of istiklal street so very good location

There was no space to put used towels to dry out, And no shelf/place in shower. For personal staf. But hotel hospitality and warmth covers this minuses

Not letting me have my friend up to the room even tho I had a big suite

I had such a fantastic stay at The Public Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond, whether it was letting me grab a coffee even though I was a bit late for breakfast or generously upgrading my room. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sweet, which made my stay all the more special.The hotel itself is stunning. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and so comfortable I could have happily stayed in bed for days. The bed was unbelievably cozy, and the linens felt luxurious. The shower was another highlight — the umbrella-style rain shower with plenty of hot water made every morning a true pleasure.Another big plus is the location. The hotel is very central and it was so easy to get to all the bars, restaurants, and everything I wanted to explore just by walking. It really made enjoying the city effortless.

Location was incredibly good, right at the heart of istiklal street10 mins walk right is teksim square and 10 mins left is galata towerhotel staff was great, good modern style hotel we stayed in the senior suite, very worth it for the price

only feedback is the senior suite didn't have a bathroom door but the toilet and shower did have sliding doors

Even though I only stayed for one night, the staff were very helpful and amazing, they allowed me to keep my luggage at the hotel for 4 nights prior to my stay as I was travelling to another city.The room was fantastic very rustinc decor and very clean, staff were incredibly helpful and nice.Also the location is amazing of course right in the heart of Istiklak street, I was worried about the reviews talking about noise at night but I did not face that issue.I will defintely be staying there my next time in Istanbul

This hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of istiklal street. Erdogan in the reception was really helpful

The breakfast was in the basement no view , next to the bathroom, the lighting through out the hotel was quite dim even in the room.
