I recently stayed at Dream Inn Karaköy Bosphorus, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — check-in was smooth, and I was greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. The hotel was surrounded by all amenities, and walking distance to the Metro Station.Overall, Dream Inn Karaköy Bosphorus offers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and genuine hospitality. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Istanbul.

Noise!i cannot recommend this hotel if you want to sleep next to night club with loud music till 1:30 Friday Saturday Sunday and even Monday also sea view room only if cruise ship isn’t in front of hotel . Maintenance is lacking and going downhill check out shower floor room 505 Mold .owner has a great place but the needs his personal review of/inspection etc cleaning of room is off staff needs more training

The hotel location looks promising as it is by the Bosphorus, but my experience was very disappointing:1.Misleading “Bosphorus view” rooms: I booked two Bosphorus view rooms and paid a very high rate. However, it was impossible to see the Bosphorus because cruise ships are docked right in front of the hotel most days. The hotel does not provide any warning or discount for this issue, yet still charges a premium price for “view” rooms. This feels dishonest. I ended up changing my reservation to non-view rooms.2.Poor cleanliness: The floor was dirty and had hair, the bathroom had false eyelashes left behind, and the duvet had hair at the foot area, which we only noticed on the last day.3.Uncomfortable pillows: The pillows were not comfortable at all.4.Noise problem: The surrounding restaurants are extremely noisy, especially at night, making it hard to relax.5.Limited access to Galataport: Unfortunately, even though the hotel is in Galataport, it is not enjoyable most of the time. Because of the cruise ships, the port is often closed to visitors, and you can only access it randomly during limited hours.Overall, the stay was not worth the high price paid and I would not recommend it if you are looking for a genuine Bosphorus view or a relaxing experience.

The location is absolutely perfect, right on the Bosphorus with a stunning view. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Omar, the hotel manager, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism — he went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.

The location couldn't have been better, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay even more enjoyable, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home!

I booked the breakfast-inclusive deal, but I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed with the limited options available. It would be great if the hotel could enhance their breakfast variety to match the price they're charging. More choices would definitely elevate the experience!

The location is great however room six is way Less than the advertised one, next to the hotel there are night clubs that have very noisy party every day till midnight or during weekend until 2-3 am non stop. Staff are great but no gym, no swimming pool and roof restaurant is a joke.

-we couldn’t sleep until 2 AM everyday because of the bars next to us. it was unbelievably noisy but that’s not the hotel fault to be fair. -the room are too small you can’t even walk around

location, staff and the view from the rooftop

The hotel is located nearby the Galata tower, Galata port, easy access to the Galata bridge. However, the immediate surrounding surroundings of the hotel leave a little to be desired. There's a lot of building work going on, and no direct access to the water due to the neighbouring hotel owning the seafront. This is really unfortunate and impacts on the area.

The room was very loud at night from the bars on the neighbouring streets. The room was very small, much smaller than expected, I still have the bruises from banging my leg on the bed! The WIFI logs you out every 24 hours and requires your passport number as login, which is annoying to remember. The lift is quite slow. Our air conditioning randomly turned itself on and off and sometimes heated the room despite our efforts to keep the room cool.

I was looking forward to this stay but the constant technical issues that caused the air conditioner to not work or even worse, stay locked at 30C without you being able to turn it off made it disappointing. You can't open the windows because there is loud partying outside at night and staff did not give us the option to use "cool" mode on the AC until after we complained multiple times. The technical issues happened many times and only heating worked. Some of the staff were very helpful but others were not. Also, at night you would need to go downstairs for items because of limited staff members.

Rooms are really small.

This hotel is very nice and a very good choice for traveling to Istanbul!! I stayed here for three days, and Dream Inn helped me get familiar with the city faster with its excellent service. Very convenient and comfortable airport pick-up, 24-hour front desk and security allowed us to find someone to help at any time. The staff here are very easy-going with a smile on their faces, especially Ömer, Ersin, who made me feel very comfortable and kind. They helped us with our luggage and always helped us get a taxi. It is worth it that this hotel is right by the sea, and we can see the sea from our room window, which is absolutely beautiful. We also went to the rooftop restaurant, the view is very wide, all you can see is the blue sky and sea, I love it here! In short, the moment you book this hotel, you can easily welcome your trip!?

I booked room with sea view, unfortunately I got a next dirty building view. It is deception. I dont recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. They made a lot of surprises on my birthday. The breakfast is great with the view. Room was clean. I think it’s a good place to stay for few nights. And the location is very convenient and close to everything.

The location is great and the rooms were convenient although it's small and cozy. The staff is also nice and cooperative. The roof restaurant had a great view. However, the cleaning was not that great since they didn't change the bed sheets regularly although we stayed for 8 nights. Also, it was very noisey and music loud coming from a lounge beside the hotel.

The location

Bad smell, very small rooms, loud noise until 2-3am dirty water in the bathroom Literally brown! And when we complained they got us 4 bottles of water! ? what am I supposed to do with 4 small bottles shower or wash or what exactly! The hotel manager was nice Mr Omar and he tried to make it up by check out but the damage had already been done.
