Booked two rooms and requested them to be connected being a family, the rooms size was small and the second room doesn’t have a window which made it sort of a close box some time hard to keep the AC heat working. The hotel have bigger rooms but for connecting purposes that what i was offered or that what I was told that the only connecting rooms are of that setup

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well maintained. The location was convenient and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

The area was a bit busy at times, and breakfast options could be improved, but nothing major that affected the stay.

liked the staff, especially Umron and her colleague Furdon. They are helpful and nice

Great hotel with great staff. The hotel was super clean and the room I got was spacious. Special thanks to Mr. Burak for making my stay memorable. He made sure that my room was neat and clean and also helped me in planing the room decoration for my anniversary.

A bit less options in the breakfast buffet (especially in the main course section)

The property in general was fine, clean.

The bell boy of the hotel was incredibly rude. I had to ask them to keep my medicine in the fridge. This was visibly an issue for him. When I asked him for the second time if he can take my medicine to the fridge (kindly), I got the response “are you stressed!?”. Incredibly rude. Unacceptable.While it’s normally an unacceptable response, it’s even worse to be treated like that knowing that I am using medication.

Every service was done perfectly. Special thanks to Umran , Izzat and Gulistan .

Not much at all

Poor service, construction industrial location very far from any transportation must rent car or all time use taxi, no amenities.

It was clean and the hotel was still new

It was in an uphill street and I had to walk a bit to be able to stop a taksi

The stuff is good

I didn’t like the room. It’s very small for the amount. AC was not working. I told them that AC they said it will not work because it’s raining

Reception staff excellent and helpful.Umran & Furkan always had a welcoming smile and always very helpful.

i cant control the AC from my room i have to call the receptionist and this is big flaw .and when i call the reception i want water they charged me

I had a good time in the daysinn hotel, clean place, very very very kind and welcoming staff , I like the staff the most because they were very helpful and kind especially Mr Sardar, and the chef Mr ardyn or yardin I forgot the exact name.

The light was little dull

mostly nothing

first of all everything was low quality. second of all, they have pipes in walls and every morning i could hear the water in the walls, second of all the air conditioning didnt work and i had to stay in cold for 3 nights, third the area in which the hotel was was cringe and fourth the staff that welcomed us was not that friendly. the rooms was small. i would not recommend the hotel.

The room service is very quick the bar and restaurants options are amazing with affordable prices. the vibes of the receptions lounge is so friendly especially with the sport spirits. overall the hotel is clean, comfy, and cosy.

there is no view. the reception gate is on a very small street.

Disappointing

I was initially disappointed upon arrival as I was given a standard double room instead of the superior double room I had paid for. Additionally, they attempted to send me to a partner hotel, as it appeared there were no rooms available. However, I did find that the facilities were clean and comfortable.

The team here are absolutely superb. The front of house staff were very welcoming, hospitable and always quick to assist. Our room was clean and well maintained during our stay. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood so there were no issues with noise. Overall, we were totally satisfied with our experience and would recommend to others.
