Good and clean

Parking they offered was small and very narrow for big car

We had booking for 9 nights but we moved to another hotel next day.

The location was worst. Bathroom was not clean properly. The smoking smell was everywhere.

Second time I’ve stayed at this family time suites check in was nice an swift. Apartment always clean and cleaned further if you require. Smart tv’s air con washer dryers very good will be coming back.

My friends and I stayed at the Family Time Suite Hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay due to the good price, excellent service, and cleanliness. Additionally, the blanket and bedsheets had a pleasant scent.

The staff is excellent and pay attention for tourist needs.

The neighborhood of the hotel is very bad and the hotel street looks like a ghetto one. Despite this the hotel looks just fine. The breakfast in the hotel pictures description is far far away and different than the real breakfast they offer (i must fair mention that the real breakfast is good) but very different from the marketing pictures the hotel display on their booking profile.

Two lifts were available. The room has good space. Breakfast was acceptable. Air conditioner was good.

We booked for four people but every thing was just for two or one!!! There were just two slippers and two soaps and one shampoo. The whole cleanliness was acceptable. There were no dishwash or sponge. There were just three spoon. The balcony has not a good view and the neighborhood was messy and crowded. None of the staff speaks english and there was really hard to communicate or ask for a favor. The parking was small and hard to park but it was free

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Expected a room only but ended up with an apartment, separate living room / kitchen.

The Shower had some issues. The Shower head kept on sliding down, the drain was blocked and the shower window leaked against the wall resulting in the bathroom floor being very wet after a shower.The breakfast was the same every morning - nothing special and the variety were limited.The hotel advertised free parking. However, the parking was situated at another building not far from the hotel. The space is used during the day so it was difficult to park and arrange the cars during our stay.

We liked everything. Rooms are big, food is delicious, hotel is in the right location. The stuff are nice.

Be careful, there are lots of people there in the dining area closer to the end of breakfast, especially on Mondays. Because food was delicious! :DNot very good sound isolation: you can hear your neighbours TV or crying babies sometimes.

Location was good with lot of shops around.

First they gave different single room and after asking to change then they gave the suite room which we booked. Microoven was not working and they did not changed even after telling to replace to the staff. In wash room flush was not working. And we have to climb the mountain for 15 mins to reach the hotel from Metro station and no public transport was available after 12 Am. Totally not satisfied with the stay.

Location is near 15 minutes to all places in Istanbul

1-It is mentioned daily cleaning available,unfortunately when i arrived they said not every day they will clean the property They must be clear with all customers and mentioned that in booking 2-my reservation was for one week ,three days we do not have any power at night and when they turn on the generator there is very bad smell coming from main door to the property we couldn’t sleep for three days cause of the power and generator smell3-it is mentioned in booking parking is available, they told me i can park my car by my self in parking 20 m far from hotel ,the problem is the parking is closed at 9 so if you come late you have to inform they to open it for you only,it is not easy to park there4- it is mentioned in booking cleaning materials will be provided by the hotel, unfortunately I asked them they said they will not provide anything and bought everything to wash my clothes 5- for the breakfast they merged two hotels together in one breakfast area and is very crowded,and the breakfast is poor6-there is problem in the water system of the hotel ,when you take a shower the temperature always changes from hot to cold with out doing anything

There was a very bad sweat smell in the rooms.

Not satisfiying staying at this hotel.

No parking, even if the hotel is saying there is free parking granted.Some employee are unpleasent.

Bedbugs, ants, high prices, bad smell, no hygiene, not enough beds, …

Everything I needed in apartment hotel. Security was ok as access to the building are only through card by only guest and workers.All staff encountered very friendly and helpful despite language difficulty.

No intercom to the reception desk. Have to go down to ask for anything that is needed.

Everything good except the toilet, but it is small matter, just call them to fix it, the staff very helpful and friendly

The property was very clean and tody, it has wverything you need form the kitchen to the bedroom!

This hotel has no private parking, approximately 70 m from the hotel. Also this parking was not good.Problem also in the toilet.Picture of location is totally different from actual situation .
