THE PARK HOTEL

We spent five nights at this place and had an excellent experience. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff were amazing , very helpful, kind, and able to communicate in multiple languages, always accommodating our requests. They also kindly accepted a late check-out.The location is perfect: tram, metro, and bus are all just one minute away. Major attractions, the souk, and historic sites are within walking distance. The location is great, in a safe area with shops around and close to many public transport stations. You can easily get to the main attarctions from this area.

The breakfast is poor with the same options every day. Cleanliness of the room could have been better, with some useful amenities missing, like dry wipes or an iron. Also we had torn sheets and towels, they were clean but torn, which I find unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Excellente staff, very kind and helpful. The room is clean, and the hotel is well positioned.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to in my life, clean, has a distinctive look and an even more distinctive location. I stayed here for a week, and one of the most distinctive things about it is the cooperative staff. The staff is distinctive, kind and cooperative to the highest degree. They provided everything for us without hesitation and were like a tour guide. Let's not forget the distinctive breakfast and the delicious food. I advise everyone to come here so that you do not miss out on the fun in Istanbul.

The location was perfect, and the staff were very helpful—especially Ahmed and Diana. Thank you both for making the hotel feel vibrant and welcoming.As a Kurdish guest, I found the breakfast truly amazing. Many of the cheeses served reminded me of our traditional flavors, which made me feel right at home.The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained.There is a Yemeni restaurant next to the hotel; they had the best food I have ever tried. Try it!You can go to the hotel and back to the airport by bus; it is close to the hotel and saves lots of money. You just pay 280 TL per person.

There were a few downsides to my stay:The bed was quite small for me, as I’m 186 cm tall, and it wasn’t very comfortable for someone of my height.Some staff or guests would gather and talk outside my room, especially late at night. Since the hotel is small, the noise easily disturbed my rest.The price felt too high for what was offered. We paid around £1600, and for that amount, I believe better options were available.

I appreciated how close the hotel was to the T1 Tram. This tram takes you to all the tourist spots like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, the meet up point for Bosphorous Cruise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly new - approx 2 years old so it was very new and clean

I did expect the bathroom to be a bit bigger though. But it was clean

I like the receptionist specialy Ahmad & Sultan. They were very helpful and made my trip so easy to visit Istabul and the area also they are over carefully about their customers which is I really appreciated.Location for the Hotel verry nice and easy to Taksim , Metro and Tramway just 2 minutes walking.Rooms are clean, and breakfast requires some improvement.

The hotel is located in a great area. Restaurants and good shopping! Plus the station is across the street!

First of all great and very helpfull Staff and amazing location close to all kind of public transport.Really good looking hotel with good price ratio.Out of season breakfast is serving in another location, very close to hotel and it is decent but I belive their own breakfast service may be even better.Thanks for your hospitality!

Location was great. It’s near the tram stop that goes to all the tourist attractions and right opposite the airport bus. Friendly staff that served us welcome drink on the first day.

I think it would be a great place for summer but winter is a bit too cold as the heater in our room was not sufficient. Do note the bathroom is like a freezer as there is no heater. Level 5 onwards may not have wifi connections unless you are standing near the door.

Great location, 1 min walk from tram. Very easy to get to all major attractions. Very helpful staff and really good breakfast spread.

A wonderful hotel and the most wonderful staff, especially Ahmed, Mosaab, Kawthar,Sultan Diana and all the staff so that I do not forget anyone.I really felt like I was part of the family and I highly recommend it.Thank you my friends Park Hotel, see you next year!

I loved the location of this hotel but most of all I was exceptionally pleased by the staff and the customer service they provided. Additionally this place is like a 3 minute walks from the Havaist’s Askaray Bus stop (from IST airport) and a 2 minute walk from the T1 tram stop. If you have bags. Ahmed from the front desk was kind enough to let me borrow an IstanbulKart for the public transport that I returned at checkout. All my public transportation needs were taken care of at one place: The Park Hotel. Thank you Ahmed for all the help you provided me with figuring out the transportation in and around Istanbul.

The walls from the hotel were very thin. On my second night there I was able to hear the people that were in the adjacent room chatting and having their TV/music on.

Hotel was good generally, location was good also near all the facilities, breakfast was good although the breakfast area was small but the food was great, staff were amazing especially Ahmad many thanks to him, he was very helpful during my whole stay and if I will go back to the hotel, it will be because of him, also the lady on the reception was very welcoming to us.

The hotel was at a really good location, 2 mins walk from the Havaist Bus stop and 2 mins walk to the Tram station. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was really good, room was good size and super comfortable. My room had 2 small balconys and amazing sunrise view. Absolutely loved my stay

Friendly staff, room was big and cleaning done every day.

Same breakfast everyday, not the most varied. I would suggest not to choose breakfast as an option.Some days during the daytime the internet was not working. The location is near a praying site, you'll get the call for prayer late night and early morning.

Hotel which I liked in fact, personal very polite and always helpful, breakfast is good but more european meals recomended, rooms are quite big enough, location is also perfect!

Rooms are very cosy and very very clean. Breakfast is amazing. Buffet always full and great selection. Staff can’t praise more. Ahmet on reception went above and beyond to help us with different bookings and location transport. Unfortunately only his name remembered but entire staff is amazingz

Everything was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, modernly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location was perfect – close to all kinds of transportation. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and hope to return soon!
