A great hotel in a wonderful area near Çamlıca Tower. Fantastic view from up the hill. Very calm, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I loved our stay at the hotel and I would highly recommend it.

The view was amazing

I booked the place for its hot tub, it was so dirty that I didn’t even dare to go in once. It wasnt thoroughly cleaned. Bed was also uncomfortable.

I chose the hotel because it was very close to my morning work meeting and with good google and booking rating.The first surprise was that breakfast is served late, only from 08:00. The staircase is dusty, like just after construction work. The rooms are also dirty, you can see my feet in the photo. We found an old jar under the bed. There are no hangers in the wardrobe, I asked the reception to bring a couple. They promised to bring them, but guess what - they didn't. In the evening until 23:00 there is loud music from the restaurant next door. The only positive things are the low price and a pretty good breakfast.

Cheap stay

Broken and outdated bathroom, unfriendly stuff that keeps disappearing from the reception at evening times (impossible to get help).

Polite staff, necessary room facilities, very warm room, good location, and it has Parking!!

Location Difficult to transport. Not very far, but hilly and in the warm weather it was difficult. Taxi does not come to the area...Only one person speaks English @ the reception.The rest is fine.

The drive into the hotel and parking were difficult. Some of the staff were not friendly.

The staff didn't talk english at all. The showers didn't work properly and the bathrooms smelled so bad to pipes. We even saw spiders and the rooms were super small, we only had 4 hangers in the wardrobe!!

I think hotel’s owner childs was using hotel as a playground. It was too much noise… and staff wasn’t really caring about customers

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating ( esspecially because we didn’t speak Turkish at all). Good location - safe and quiet environment. Good internet connection and amazing cook! All the reception staff were great and approachable when we had any queries

Maybe some more information on how some of the facilities work - took me a while to figure out how room cleaning works. But that could just have been a language barrier thing so not a big issue at all. Just thought I’d mention it as it would be super useful to be able to have that information.

For the price, this hotel is very worthed.Ac & WiFi are amazing.

Everything was clean, the view from the Suite was really nice.Staff is polite, reactive and happy to help.The hotel is a bit isolated which also enables serenity.Overall, a great value for money hotel.

Out of the 5 staff we interacted with, only one had a good English so Google Translate is a must.The hotel is a bit far from the rest of the city so taxis will be needed.The breakfast is very expensive (8€) for what it contains.

This hotel has an incredible view and very new. So the facilities are in a nice condition. The receptionist, Munur, is very helpful and kind. Thank you so much
