Noise caused by other people in the hotel.

Thanks to Mr Isa( hotel manager) and his team specially Mr Ahmad, they’re all professional and so kind to everyone, I tried several hotels in different locations in turkey but my experience with them was so wonderful, this is my 5th time that I stayed there with my family and I’m absolutely recommend them, thank you so much for your kind hospitality ?

Everything was amazing

I’m in travel industry for almost 30 years and they’re doing fantastic job , after I tried several hotels in Istanbul I found out that this is the best option regarding all point of view, special thanks to hotel manager Mr Isa and Mr Ahmad and the rest of crew.

Everything was perfect ?

Location is good, near Taksim Square and all transportation modes (buses, metro,funicular, airport buses).Rooms are cleaned daily.Breakfast was repetitive but overall good

The shower ceiling had mold.The room is very dimly lit.

Special thanks for hotel manager ( Mr Isa)He went above and beyond for us and also special thanks to Mr Ahmed and the rest of team, I tried several hotel in different area in Istanbul but this hotel is something else, I was there on November and I tried again this January, I will definitely not going anywhere and recommend it to all my family and friends or whoever wants safe, cleanliness, peace location, and if you care about your family this is the best hotel and to be honest the price is so great, overall everything about this hotel is fabulous,Thank you so much again to Mr Isa and his team,I felt home when I was there,See you soon ?

Everything was wonderful ?

Nice hotel , very good team especially “Ahmad” , they’re all helpful . Clean and comfy room , the place is near to everything you need and it is about 4 mns from Taksim square . Thank you for everything .

Just one thing , it is located near to a Pub that starts making noise from 1 am till morning .

I had a wonderful stay at Faros Hotel Taksim. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, very close to shopping areas, restaurants, and everything you need to enjoy Istanbul.A special thank you to Ahmed at the reception for his excellent attitude, professionalism, and warm hospitality. His helpfulness truly made a difference and added great value to our stay.I highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and outstanding staff.

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Taksim Square. The tram station, funicular, and bus stops are all within easy walking distance, making transportation very convenient. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Ahmet at the reception, who assisted and guided with many things during the stay.

TV wasn't working. Breakfast options can be better.

Location and breakfastAnd most importantly the staff their are very friendly especially Ahmed on the frond desk he was really helpful and made sure we got everything we needed in the hotel and even offered discounts on the external services (tours, airport transport, etc...).

Room was small and the TV was not smart and didn't have a lot of channels to watch. Almost didn't open it at all.

Very comfortable, fresh complete breakfast, great location, staff super friendly and helpful.

The only dislike is not really about the hotel or staff, but the fact that some guests do not respect the ‘no smoking’ policy inside the hotel and rooms. Sometimes I got cigarette smell coming into the room from the hallway.

Easy to locate. Affordable.

Allow that people smoke closer to rooms, if you don’t like smoke, really is uncomfortable

The cleanliness of the rooms was very good. The employees were very polite and friendly. The hotel location was good.

The room was a bit small for three people. There was a little space for 3 people's belongings. The breakfast was good, but there was no variety that changed every day and it was the same type of breakfast every day. But it was still good.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! ❤️❤️❤️The location is perfect, and the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout my visit. It was close to everything important!The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the daily room cleaning kept everything spotless. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owners — they were so warm and welcoming! We stayed in the charming attic room, which made the experience even more special. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting — it truly felt like home❤️

It was genuinely perfect!

The room was big and clean,everything smells good !

There was only one small elevator ! And next to the hotel there is a nightclub it start by midnight it’s very loud !

Staff was very friendly location is very good. Beds, towels and rooms everyday got clean.

It’s like a dormitory than a hotel. The expense doesn’t worth. Everyday similar breakfast. Cheap sausages everyday. No varieties. Had some stains on bedsheets. Mostly an hotel apartment than a hotel. Most my relatives had better experience by this price near us.

The hotel is on an incline and there is some unclean area directly outside the hotel but within 50-100 metres it's all good and flat

I was very happy that I chose Hotel Faros for my first Istanbul visit. The location is great just two minutes from Taksim square, so you are just in the main walking area and you can easily access the Metro and bus. The staff in the hotel is amazing, so friendly and professional. We had breakfast included and it was great with so much food to choose from. Rooms are spotlessly clean and you get new towels every day. I'm coming back soon in Istanbul and probably in this hotel
