Location near to the Forum mall, but i bit far from the center.

There was a bad smell on the bathroom even after cleaning, they need to fix that.

The staff is very helpful and kind. The location is great, just close to Forum mall, and the heating is perfect for such a cold winter in Istanbul

The windows are not completely soundproof; there is some noise.

Location and value for the money

This was a very nice apartment and worked perfectly for our family reunion. It was clean, functional, and offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out. While we didn't need to use the living room couches for sleeping, they were impressively large and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots and pans for home cooking. The location is also hard to beat—only a 5-minute walk to a metro station and a large grocery store inside the mall.

While the apartment was great, there were two areas that could be improved. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable; in fact, I actually considered buying my own pillows during the stay. Replacing them would make a massive difference in guest comfort. Additionally, be cautious when walking to the mall. Even though it’s close, crossing the street was challenging as cars rarely stopped for pedestrians. It’s a bit of a tricky walk with a family.

Thü staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room cleaned very well. The room cleaner Hatica Gunay was very nice lady and she was very helpful and very clean. I would like to thank to the all hotel staff for their service and assistance. For our next visit to Istanbul we will stay at the same hotel.

It was extra clean ?

I stayed in late December 2025 (Family of 4) and this is a sum of what I didn’t like about this hotel:Wifi was so bad like it wasn’t even working (almost no WiFi coverage and internet stopped working for the last 4days I had to rely on my eSIM service!The hotel was so cold because the master room side door was leaking Air and at night the apartment gets so cold, They should find a fix for this issue!The hotel needs to work on their WiFi coverage and internet speed.The $200 deposit was a ridiculous move from the management I hope they come to their senses and cancel it for the future!Balcony apartments shouldn’t coat extra when it’s winter specially when it has no roof to cover the rain in winter time.

The location is so far but you can use metro ? and you can reach every where. All furniture and dishes 5 star ? so clean and very good. Every things in the apartments super clean.

1- the rules in the property too tight every thing extra money like (extra bed for baby and adult, water, coffee) all rechargeable. 2- The cleaning every two days only. 3- deposit security. Minimum $200. 4- staff they are not flexible.

My stay at Mayar Residence Hotel was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help.Special thanks to Mahmoud at the reception - he was incredibly welcoming, polite, and professional throughout my stay.Daily cleaning was excellent, and the room always felt fresh and tidy.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'Il definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Istanbul. Highly recommended!

everything was perfect

Not clean at all, I had bug beds all of my body from the beds. Not cleaning everyday

The location is very good near to Forum Istanbul a minute away from Mall. You have shops and cafes near the apartment. Metro also not far from hear so you can take it to Sultanahmed to avoid traffic. Parking place is free and available.Staff amazing they took my parcel and placed in the refrigerator in the apartment by my request and even provided with photo during my journey Adalar which made me very calm.

They could put weighs in the apartment but I am not sure if it must or not. They had in the reception broken.The apartment was one side only and narrow with living room placed in the corner of the building.

The property was excellent in every way. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was convenient and safe, with easy access to transportation and shops. The facilities were new and well maintained, making the stay very comfortable.

Everything was perfect. There was nothing to complain about.
