The room was nice and spacious had everything I needed. Had a lift in the building. It was well lit. The reception area was very nice and clean, nice smell throughout. Very welcoming and a very nice quiet location. A lovely little park close by.

For the price you pay there’s nothing bad to say about this hotel.

It is a perfect hotel, really very convenient and in a perfect location, everything was great, the facility was a new facility, they met our requests and needs completely, the smiling receptionist Sinan Bey helped us a lot, the hotel is new and beautiful, I recommend it to everyone, thank you very much for everything, we will come again.?❤️?

Hello. I would like to write a review about this hotel Immortelle Hotel in Istanbul. I recently traveled to Europe for work and due to transit I had to stay in Istanbul for 1 day. I booked a hotel in Booking. When I entered the hotel, the owner or manager of the hotel did not greet me kindly. This is so important from the staff, when you register at a hotel and enter there and they greet you with such dissatisfaction.The hotel manager is very rude. When I showed the manager that I booked a room in BOOKING and wanted to see the hotel, he said that I would not be able to pay by card. He SAID THAT I HAVE TO PAY ONLY IN CASH. The price in Booking did not match the price he offered. BOOKING SHOWED 28, he told me 30 euros. I have a 100 euros and I gave this money and he said that he would give me the change later. When I entered the room, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness and smell there. in the next room were making noise and I decided to leave immediately (within 5 minutes) to another hotel. Since not everything corresponded to the booking. I made a cancellation in booking and asked the manager to return all my money since in the booking policy of this hotel the booking was with free cancellation. He not return me my money. I often travel for work and have been to many countries. In almost all my trips I always book through Booking. Because I love this system for its reliability, accuracy and safety. But I have never encountered such a problem. I complain to return the money that was taken from me since they had a free cancellation. And please take into account such troubles in the future so that the booking rating does not fall due to such unfair and unfriendly hotel owners.

Disappointment

Some of stuff were nice but not really friendly. The room was dirty, with dirty stain on the wall. No exhaust system. The air was really moist in a room. The location is ok but dirty district. I should have believed in reviews before where people said it’s really dirty and doesn’t look like on a photo. With this price you can find something much better in Istanbul!

The Location of this property is very Good. Just walkable distance to Hagia Sophia and Blue mosque. Nearby Hotels are open 24hrs.

I expected rooms to be bigger and clean. It was not as per expectation. But seems okay.

The restroom has a lot of humidity and it is not clean enough, simple and repetitive breakfast

The stuff and the hotel owner was super welcoming and nice and generous

The location was great. The top terrace view was phenomenal

Things were broken toilet cover general maintenance not great. No clean done. Hardly any crockery and cutlery.

I like that the property has a spacious layout with plenty of natural light. The location is also great, with easy access to nearby amenities like parks and shops. People are friendly good people

I liked having breakfast on the rooftop. Breakfast was ok consisting of boiled eggs, olives, cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, coloured water and tea.

Bathroom was smelly. Bathroom had mould . Toilets leaked. Rooms not serviced. Towels not available after repeated requests. Rubbish bins not emptied. Extremely loud conversations day and night by staff. Other rooms toilet flushing could be heard from own room. I think owners would like to do the right thing but have no idea how to go about it - spend money on the bathrooms and toilet situation first up. Staying at this hotel ruined the end of my holiday.

Booking.com should not sell such places, we will loose trust in booking.com

Bathroom was stinking very bad, when asked to clean, we were told the smell is from the drainage and nothing can be done. Moreover, bathroom door was not getting locked from outside, so whole room was stinking with the bad smell. Couldn't open windows as outside was very unclean and bad

Hotel is very good staff very nice and cooperative specially mr.muhsin and Bayram

Small hotel near the road

Work a little on the cleanliness of the entire room and especially on the functionality of the bathroom and also its cleanliness.

Location is great - small streets, some shops and cafes around, easy walking distance to a lot of main attractions, clean neighborhood, easy to find the hotel. Nice welcome (welcome Turkish coffee/tea upon arrival, free water). Cozy hotel, beautiful paintings on the walls. Room was small but had everything needed. Very comfy bed but lack of normal cover. AC that worked for heating (helped a lot during winter stay). Breakfast was so so (in a restaurant near, prepared food plate, tea/coffee) but normal start to proceed with the day (in the restaurant you can order smth on top if you need/want). TV with many channels in the room. Everything was safe! Helpful and friendly staff!

Lack of normal cover on bed, breakfast conditions were so so, lack of normal or at least any cleaning (2 ladies that worked in cleaning showed up rarely after multiple requests), awful smell from the toilet/bathroom. In general bathroom was bearable but not nice.

Terrible hotel, cleaning room passed once in three days, big humidity spot all around hotel rooms, two big holes in the wall, water liking in bathroom, room TV not working!……just terrible

The staff was helpful.

Please buy a normal blanket.The room was very dirty.Need normal blankets.
