The location.

Everything is nice in the hotel, and the staff are perfect and friendly

We had a wonderful family stay! The front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout our visit. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is great — especially convenient if you have a car thanks to the free parking, but even without one it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the T1 station. Overall, a great experience for families looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was okay but could be improved. The selection was limited and didn’t change during our four-day stay, though everything was fresh and well presented. I would appreciate a bit more variety in the future.A special thank you to the ladies working in the breakfast section — they were always kind, attentive, and very helpful, which made our mornings much nicer.

I only stayed for 7 minutes, then I left the hotel and went to another one losing all the money I paid for the room,

Everything . I came to the room. The door was open and two of cleaning ladies have fun on my room. One was laying on bed and the other one was sitting on the chair talking. I am requesting all my money back.The room doesn’t look like the advertised on booking.com site. The room is dark, furniture and carpet are very old. It was very bad experience for. I wish booking.com take it down from her list. I am still considering getting money back.

It was a pleasant and clean environment, the staff were pleasant and very helpful especially the receptionists and the cleaners. Abdul Macet and Elif were so helpful and kind. The facilities were perfect and well thought out, and accessibility is great.

I could say the breakfast could have been different , we were eating the same thing everyday which got a bit boring however still delicious & there was a variety to choose from.

Brilliant location. Lots of shops and restaurants walking distant. Tramline very close to all places especially to Sultanahmet. Very safe area. Historia Mall is very good and across the road from hotel. Bed was very comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact the heating and AC system was central which meant now that it was winter we couldn’t have the AC on. We were very hot as the one night the temperature in our room was 27 degrees even with the heating off. Heating system should be optional to each room. Our room was on the main road side which is busy so opening the windows fully meant it was too noisy. However, staff did offer to move us to the top floor but it was one one degree cooler so there was no point. I would still stay here again but only during the summer when I know the AC would be working

The location was horrible for seeing Istanbul and was not in the area or even close to where we had picked during our purchase. We picked Sulahmet and we were far from everything.
