Their was no tissue for the room and when we asked they gave us toilet paper instead The room was not cleaned wellWe could hear very clearly the next room guests

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for their exceptional assistance. Their support truly made a significant difference in my experience.Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby Alemdağ Cd., a charming pedestrian street lined with an array of shops and restaurants. Each evening, we delighted in strolling along this vibrant street before returning to our hotel.

The parking facility is situated at a slight distance from the hotel premises. Therefore, we must entrust our vehicle to the hotel staff for parking purposes. They will kindly return it to us whenever required..

This was our second stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Umraniye hotel and we hope to return there again in the near future. We had to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight and the staff at this hotel have good command of English, and we're incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our 18-day stay. We especially want to thank Mr. Emre at the front desk for his time and assistance. He was very helpful in extending our reservation and booking us the same room at a very reasonable price. Other staff members who were helpful were Mr. Cengiz at the front desk, and Mr. Uğur at the Cafe. As for the accommodations, our room was spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. We also loved the convenient location of the hotel which is close to a pedestrian street, public transportation, metro, several currency exchange offices, cafes, and a shopping center/ Canpark Malk. We will definetely return to this hotel and will strongly recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is very nice. The room is amazing. All the team members were great specially Ali and the other two gentlemen from reception that helped me during my stay.

There was hair in the floor in the room and the sponge in the bathroom was open and not replaced before my check in

On our first night,we arrived at the hotel late due to flight delays. We booked two triple rooms for 6 of us. The reception staff initially told us the booking was for 3 people and not 6 so we'd have to pay extra for the additional 3. We told him we booked the triple rooms for 6 people and were not willing to pay extra. After looking into our booking they then said 'it was fine'. After a long day,we were all hungry so asked if they knew of food placed nearby that were open. One member of staff said nothing was open and kindly offered to order food for us after taking the luggage to our rooms. He ordered 5 chicken wraps and said it was £90. After seeing the shock on our faces,he changed the amount to £70 saying he made a mistake. We didn't ask for a receipt as we were so tired and felt he was being kind by doing this in the first place. The next day we came across the place he ordered our food from and what he ordered for us actually cost less than £20.

Quiet location, friendly staff (special thanks to Cengiz, Yusuf and Mert), close to the metro station, rooms are clean.

The hotel is located in the asian side of istanbul, not a touristic area which was what I wanted , the area is so big it has a lot of restaurants , café, and shopping centers. The hotel was very clean , the workers at the réception were so professional and helpful, housekeeping lady was on point ?,breakfast was good enough. The hotel is 50m away from the metro station and bus stop. Highly recommended .

Too Bad the Spa and hamam was a mixed area , does not have an only women time.

I liked how the room was decorated, it was simple and clean. Inside the hotel looks nice and modern. I liked the high ceilings in the entrance.

Staff wasn’t trained properly and didn’t help us with some things. Also, the walls were thinner that you could hear people snoring. I woke up during the night with someone snoring so bad and I couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk and they didn’t help me at all. They don’t even have earplugs, I don’t know what kind of a hotel is this.

They should hire staff who can communicate in English. As most of their staff do not understand english so it gets difficult to communicate your concerns.

One of the rooms we were in had a bad smell come from the bathroom and it was not solved. The rooms are little old and in the other room the bathroom’s door knob was broken and you can get stuck if you closed the door.

Very good hotel, which has large room space, variety breakfast with good feeling music, and warm staffs, who are professional, meanwhile well-equipped facilities, even if having shoehorn. It has very good position nearing Metro station, buses station and minibuses station which can carry us to travel spots and SAW airport, meanwhile keeping quite from shoppes area, so we feel it is valuable to be recommended.

The location

Room noise and can hear outside traffic and shouting. Netflix not working and no English channels. Room service finishes at 11pm and no way of getting food. During the day I called reception to be transferred and call went down and then they didn’t pick up after numerous times. Paid for late check out and someone tried to come into my room to take my bags where I was naked. Not good

The location was right in front of the metro, near malls and restaurants. The facilities were super confortable, clean and high end. People on the front desk were super helpful and nice!
