Pera Tulip Hotel & SPA

Great location and value.

The bed size is very small. I’m 186cm tall (6 feet 1) and my legs went over the bed.

Great location friendly staff very good breakfast. The top floor suite was beautiful view.

Elevator to the top floor was out of service during my stay….. not a huge problem for me.

room and the view was amazing! breakfast was perfect with lots of different choices. staff was super friendly and helpful!

The location

The first room was tiny and it smelled of cigarettes and from the drain. They gave me another room but it was still smaller than advertised (much less than 20 square meters).

The location was very good and convenient to access Istanbul sights

I was not given the room I originally booked. I was queried and made to feel uncomfortable. I was eventually given the suite after two nights in a different room. Although we were offered two evenings dining as compensation, it meant from the set hotel dinner. The food was not great anyway and we declined the offer. No other compensation was offered and my request was dismissed. The hotel was not personable. Everything was left for the guest to navigate. The lifts did not all work to each floor. The rooms were made up daily, but not vacuumed or clean bed linen for the week. Towels were changed daily. Some of the bulbs were fused and the tap in the bathroom did not work properly, which caused water to lay on the surfaces.

Location is good sait was so good and retaurant chef gul ,Mehmet was helpful thanks

Breakfast was excellent. My room had a separate jacuzzi, which was great. Overall, the hotel was good, but the pool was small and old, and there was some buildup along the walls of the jacuzzi. In my opinion, a bit more attention should be given to the pool and jacuzzi.Thank you, Pera Tulip Hotel.

Great location near the metro and pedestrian area.Friendly and helpful staff.Varied breakfast. A small free spa is a nice addition.

The hotel itself is quite old and needs renovation, the room was not very comfortable. It's on a noisy street in the center of a large city.

Location Breakfast

Not enough space in the room Low WiFi

Truly great unbeatable location; vibrant and trendy neighborhood; excellent helpful staff

I had communicated to the management about some check in issue and hope they won’t let it happen in the future.

The Pera Tulip Hotel is a gem of a hotel located in a prime spot for enjoying Istanbul. A cute older hotel with a great showerhead! Comfortable bed and pillows. The included breakfast saved on my food budget and gave me ample fuel for full days of exploring the city! The doorman/concierge, Dozdar, was super helpful! He helped me navigate a couple of electronic hurdles I had, going out of his way to get me to a nearby electronics store. Very friendly guy! An asset to the hotel!

Street noise gave me pause my first night but it was a Saturday night and the location is in a vibrant section of the city. It was easy to forgive and ignore on subsequent evenings.

location

room, noise, small restaurant.

The hotel is located in a very good, vibrant neighborhood in the center of Beyoglu, very close to Istiklal and Galata tower. The breakfast is very good and covers all tastes. The stuff is very polite and helpful.

Although it is not an old hotel the facilities need some upgrade and maintenance.

What I like was the Staff who was wonderful and really helpful also the location is strategic near by the Sishane Metro station which makes it easier to get to the airport

The property got really hot, the Heater the A/C was not able to lower it but it was automatic

The staff

Location super noisyThe bathroom just nasty Carpet dirty Towels, more than two years oldSingle bedsheet ( no bedsheets between you and the cover ) All and all just awful

The location onlyTwo personnel, Mr Mohammad Saed and Sezai who were helpful.

Cleanness, the room was filthyStaffRoom size

Had an excellent experience with Sait and sezai ,burak, very humble and friendly people.Made our experience wonderful, had the best time, would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nothing, everything was great and wonderful.

The hotel has a great location, close to transportation and on a very nice street. It is a 2 minute walk from Istiklal street. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The air conditioning was not working because it is centralized so the room was a bit hot. The elevator makes a noise while going up and down and you can hear it from your room.

Everything was good, nice location. The receptionist Sezai and Sait were very helpful and friendly.

Good location. Clean. Decent food. Room service and complementary water every day. Staff are very nice and attentive.

Rooms are a bit small. The area is very lively at night.
