Very traditional Turkish style!

Perfect location, very good breakfast, brilliant & helpful staff, clean rooms, family friendly, and good value. We would definitely stay again.

One of the children's beds was a sofa/couch bed. An actual single bed would have been more comfortable. We were offered an alternative room after talking to the staff, but the alternative room was in a noisy location.

We had a great stay! The room was large but cozy and the staff was really friendly. The location is great, a short walk from the Blue Mosque. And really tasty breakfast!

The bathroom has a little smell so we had to close the door for most of the time but it is kinda expected with an older building.

Nice hotel, close to all the attractions walking. Restaurants around, metro, ferry, it is very convenient for people to visit Istanbul

It was a great choice for the value! Location of the hotel cloud not be more perfect. It’s a short walk to the main attractions sites and to all transportation hubs. The staff was amazing. All the guys at the front desk were super helpful and friendly, they gave us so many useful tips.The room was clean and had everything that we needed. I specifically liked that it had the attached dining area that they used for breakfast buffet in the morning and for dinner at night. It felt very secluded, cozy and charming. We ended up using it for dinner 3 nights in a row. It was very convenient especially after a long and exhausting day of doing all the site seeing.

I was surprised to find out that at 5:45 am every morning we heard a loud call for a prayer. And at night time there was a lot of noise from the neighboring restaurants. But it was only shocking to us the very first day. All the following days after that it didn’t bother us, we slept through the noise since we were super exhausted after spending days site seeing.

It's a little noisy, at least in the room we stayed.

The location is really great. Near main attractions and yet with very low traffic.The price value ratio is very good.We felt very safe in the area as it is full of light up to late evening.The staff was helpful in giving advices concerning our stay in Istanbul.Breakfast was in the garden with beautiful ambient

The cachet. The interior looked like straight out from a period piece, exquisitely decorated. Small, but very comfortable and practical: queen bed, closet, TV set, suitcase stand, coffee machine. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is gorgeous. Less than 10-15 min from the Blue Mosque, Aghia Sofia and Topkapi Palace museum, several bazaars, the tramway line that goes to Galata and beyond...for an overnight stay, I saw a million things, all at walking distance. There is a small supermarket across the street that sells everything, from liquor to phone chargers. Last but not least, the staff was very diligent and attentive. Had the room prepared for me and checked me in early, gave me useful info, offered transfer to and from the airport, and just now, two days after checking out, I asked for my bill and received it within 15 min.

The 3rd bed in the triple room. It was a extendable chair and pretty small for an adult or a bigger child

The room was nice, big and had a great view. Staff works excellent, very helpful and proficient.

The hotel smells really bad, i had to buy lots of room odors to be able to breath in the room. They do not know the meaning of cleaning - dust all over, i had to clean all the shelves myself to put my clothes on. And, there is no way you can sleep until 3-4 in the morning when everything closes, as the windows are good for nothing and the noise is way too much. The person that did the cleaning was doing thing random, like one day she washed the coffee cups ( but didn refill with coffee, water and sugar, i had to go to the reception for that), the next day she just ignored them. Didn`t refill the toilet paper, mostly nothing. I noticed some other guests said that the breakfast was diversified from one day to next - 3 days in a row i had the exact same things. The only thing good about this hotel is the location, as it is very close to most attractions in the city.

Good staff, nice room, good location.

Room was next to neighboring restaurant where loud music played evenings 8 to 11.Unless you are a night owl book a room on the opposite side of restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is excellent—conveniently close to markets, restaurants, and public transportation.What truly stood out was the friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was also a highlight…fresh, varied, and delicious.

Everyone was very helpful, we arrived earlier but they managed to give us rooms to rest a bit before our tour and our transfer to airport was very prompt, no waiting.

The rooms were large and well appointed. The staff friendly and kind.

The place stinks of cigarette smoke everywhere. Some rooms face the restaurant where loud live music is played from 7 until midnight making sleep difficult.

It is the noisiest hotel I have stayed at in a long time. First they put me in a room on the ground floor with light and noise from the restaurant most of the night. After 2 nights of having to sleep with headphones on (I’m not a light sleeper) they moved me to the 2nd floor but it overlooks the restaurant and again the loud music. It’s inescapable….

Excellent location, friendly hospitable staff. Will recommend to friends and will stay there again next time.

Stayed for a week and have no negative comments.
