The location is perfect for those wanting to explore the old city on foot. Getting cabs, food, access to the tram are all great The staff was super helpful and extremely courteous. They even held my luggage for a few days before I checked in.

This was our third time in this hotel, always a great stay, fabulous breakfast, superb location and the hotel staff on every department are unbelievable. We feel so welcome and safe in that area.

I truly loved my room! I got upgraded to I believe it was 306 thanks to the kind young men working at the front desk and I truly loved my room, my view, the balcony, the set up and I truly felt so comfortable!!!! Absolutely perfect location, super close to the tram, my favorite coffee shop downstairs, and supermarket just a few feet away. Great area for any first time visitors or solo travelers.

My reservation was for a balcony with a city view and they gave me a room on the roof. When I reclaimed it they didn't want to change my room.

That area is swarmed by tourists and terrible restaurants

Air conditioning worked only intermittently in our room. It worked well in our second room for kids.

Location, location, location. We were pretty much able to walk everywhere of interest.

There was a really annoying humming sound throughout the night. Thought it was the a/c but even when I took the key card out to disconnect the electricity, it still persisted. I’m a light sleeper so this sucked but my parents in the next room didn’t even notice

Everything was clean throughout the hotel. Bed and pillows were comfortable! Room was cleaned spotless every day(don’t forget to leave a small tip) the cleaning crew work hard. The location is top notch if you want to be front and centre to all the sights. I walked everywhere, but transit is efficient if you need it. Breakfast was pretty much the same all week, but there are a lot of options.

If I could go back In time, I wouldn’t have stayed on that side of the city. Prices are inflated compared to many other areas, vendors are a little pushy, but will leave alone with a firm no. Just be polite. The only other thing I didn’t care for was the reception trying to sell me on a “once in a lifetime” Bosphorus cruise. After many hours of travel, I was tired, hungry and in no mood for it. Having said that, reception was understanding and didn’t mention the cruise again for the remainder of my stay.

The location was excellent, staff very cooperative and friendly and checked in and out very smoothly.Will definitely recommend this hotel and will come back next time.

The staff was extremely welcoming. The location was awesome. Close to everything. The room was great. Just what I expected. Breakfast was spectacular. A very accommodating place.

I have been coming back to this hotel over the years and will continue to do so. Very well located and the most friendly staff who responds immediately to our requests. The room is clean and well maintained.

Excellent location. With in 5 - 10 you have all the main attractions. Continental style Breakfast was excellent and had all healthy options. Rooms were very small but considering the area, its understandable.

Position, in Sultanahmet, 10 min walking distance from Aya Sofia.Little but cozy hall and reception.

The room was very small for 3 people (2 adults/1 kid). There was no espresso coffee (not even from an automatic machine).

Everything, location was perfect, close to the main attraction, close to tram and bus stations, everything was on walking distance. The room was clean and cozy. Staff were very polite and helpful. I had to travel to Trabzon for 2 days and they allowed me to store my bag in the hotel until I came back. Breakfast was also very good. I would recommend it to anyone.

Room was clean, washroom are clean, comfortable bed. Limited but great breakfast options. Everything was made fresh in breakfast. Recommend

conveniently located in the heart of Istanbul this hotel provides everything a traveler needs - very comfortable beds and pillows, nice shower, strong WIFI, good AC, mini-fridge and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Rooms are small-ish, but absolutely ok. Nice little balcony adds to the quality of your stay.Staff is very friendly and accommodating.Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Public transport in a very close proximity. I'd definitely recommend ?

Excellent location close to everything. We felt very safe and loved the easy access to public transportation. Really wonderful breakfast every day!

The hotel is a little bit dated but otherwise no complaints.
