The location and the stuff very helpful and caring

The pillows not really comfortable

Everything the staff is kind and helpful . I like Ibrahimi and his smile. Love the manager slash handymen that does everything. Room was super clean nice size . The location is absolutely great next to everything. Plenty restaurants coffee shops markets. I will definitely book again

The only thing is breakfast needs a little improvement

Best location and great access to lots of restaurants and all the atractions around, shopping and sightseeing (Blue Mosque).

Towels can be better checked and changed

The hotel was really nice and clean. The location is perfect — right in the center, just 10–15 minutes’ walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, and only 5 minutes to the Grand Bazaar.The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — I’m very grateful for their support! They always responded quickly on WhatsApp and helped with everything I needed.Breakfast wasn’t big, but it had exactly what we like to eat.If I come back to Istanbul, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again!

Everything is good

The desk was very helpful and even assisted with airport pick up. Please note that this needs paid in cash, which was not clear. The room was large and decent for the price in comparison to the US. We chose this place because of the location. The breakfast was a huge Turkish breakfast spread. I enjoyed trying new items from their culture.

Our room had a queen and twin, only 2 pillows. The shower gel was empty, and the shampoo and conditioner half full (tiny bottles).AC was almost non-existent in US terms. We made due for 1 night. Reminder, it was inexpensive.

All, very clean & safe and the staff are wonderfull specially the receiptionist Furkan, he is very good guy & wonderful guy

Good location. Quite friendly staff. The rooms were quite clean.

Construction works during all our stay there from 10:00AM and until 18::00PM . The noise from the street. Periodical power outages. The breakfast was the same all the time.

Not recommended at all

Very bad experience. The hotel was not clean, the smell was always unpleasant, and the bed was dirty with things biting us, so we couldn’t sleep well. The staff didn’t smell fresh and weren’t professional. Breakfast was the worst, not clean, messy, and badly presented. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Very central in the heart of Sultanahmet district. 2 mins walk from the Grand Bazaar. Value for money, small and very welcoming hotel.

Vera Life Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The space is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location is perfect — central and convenient for exploring, yet tucked away enough to feel relaxing.One of the highlights was the healthy, delicious breakfast each morning — a refreshing change from typical hotel offerings. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. They were unbelievably helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at every step.This place is an absolute gem. When I return to Istanbul, there’s no question — I’ll be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm, modern, and welcoming experience.

Everything was perfect

bed bugs. shower doesn't work well. dirty towels. i sat in a chair and tore my pants (holes in the chair are from nails)

Hotel have a really nice staff,reception is open 0-24h,they help us for all what we need.Hotel is near gand bazar also train station is 1min walk,very clean room and with all needed things inside,breakfast is realy full of everything and for everyone. At the end of stay they arenge us taxi to airport at much lower price then it is when we ask taxi driver. It's a new hotel (this is second year) so i wish them to continue like this. I wish all the best and see yuo next time!

Good location, very close to a tram stop, many restaurants, shops and the Grand Bazaar. The room was big enough and clean. I expected worse breakfast after reading other reviews but it was actually pretty much the usual hotel breakfast, tasty scrambled eggs, good coffee. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.

Entrance is from the back of the main pedestrian street. Shower was making some loud noise when hot water was running.

Great location (2 minutes from the grand bazaar). Breakfast was terrible. Mattress was ok. Ceilings are so low. Curtains were short that they were not decently covering from the outside. Windows faced a working street were men will stand outside late hours (loud environment). Shower was decent but had rust and broken toilet seat.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. The rooms are clean, with good sound insulation, so that the noise from the outside mortar is not heard at all. Rooms have towels, hairdryer, slippers, water kettle, as well as coffee and tea. Breakfast is good, with quite enough food. The employees are very friendly and always available. It is possible to book a transfer from and to the airport at the hotel. The location is convenient, 3 minutes of sand to the Grand Bazaar, 2 minutes to the tram station and 15-20 minutes of easy walking to Hagia Sophia.

Excellent location within 10 min walk from Sultanahmet and Vezneciler metro station, 5 min from T1 Tram line. Personnel extremely helpful. Breakfast more than adequate. Great value for money.

We stayed six nights and they never changed linen and sheets. Breakfast tables also were not cleaned properly between guests in the morning.

Location was amazing. It's hidden away down a lane just off a main road and a stones throw from the Grand Bazaar. Its close to a tram (?) for those with limited mobility and for those who are okay with a big walk, everything is walkable from here.

Soundproofing. The hotel can't control the noise of guests, but I did hear more voices/door slamming than I'd prefer. Earplugs necessary for light sleepers.

Well located, lots of restaurants around, big and clean rooms, easy to access the touristic place of interests.
