The Hera Platinum Hotel

The staff were friendly and responsive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro, nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and the main road.

We stayed in rooms were overlooking the street, noisy even with windows were closed. The soundproof between the rooms was very poor. Inconsistent housekeeping and small maintenance issues such as dusty corners and broken toilet seats. In general, the room differed from the photos and description,

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, modern, and had a beautiful view. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The view from the hotel itself was stunning—perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. The location was also perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like—I loved everything about the hotel! The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish

Bed wasn’t comfortable asked to change the Matress or room but didn’t special room 206, room small wasn’t good ( smoking smell ), room safe wasn’t work and not changed as well . Breakfast not good as we’ll need more improvements.

The room was clean.The reception staff was polite and helpful especially Ózlem, she speaks arabic and that helps a lot.

Hotel is very far from all tourist destinations. Staff is not cooperative. Room’s bath lamp was blinked all over the night in every 5 seconds duration. Overall my experience was not good to stay here.

Close to metro and bus but busy street and far from any shopping area.

Flies on breakfast fruit and dry food. It happend not only once but during entire stay.

Bathroom size, sleeping pillow also one day at 3 am after midnight I stuck in the elevator, The elevator intercom did not work. I called the resection by mobile and told them that Im stuck in elevator, I guess not understand me because remain 15 min waiting with no action, I called my wife to call them and speck Turkish with them, after 2 min get help, what assist that I don’t have closed places Phobia, for that reason no body feel my case and it was all quiet.

Bed was very comfortable and a good neighbourhood.

imagine that you change you room 4 times in 1 week stay. room has broken windows and you hear all noise inside the room. Plus all rooms that i stayed the bathroom leaked from the upper floor. Additionally the door keys was deactivating by itself making me go down to reception for reactivation so that i could go into my room. Avoid if you can, not worth the trouble

No too much offers in breakfast. Rooms not enough big. there are no parking hotel. The pillow is uncomfortable, small and just one.

Hotel and rooms are clean, the personals are helpful.

Beds are not so comfortable. Climate is fixed to 20 degree, you cant set the climate with your personal selections.

Close to the hospital because of my surgery

Most of the things I don’t like breakfast very bad old food and every day same variety, the door key card keeps have to go downstairs and redo it , Cleaning Lady, I have to tell the front 2 to 3 times every second day or third days to come to clean and the last three days nobody came. Even when I told him I stayed there for 17 days. Some stuff for nice, but most of them they were just silent.

The breakfast was good, hotel was very clean, and a minute or 2 walk to the nearest metro stn.

The pillows were not comfortable at all, and toilet seat was part broken, and no wifi connection last night. This was my second time staying at this hotel, staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean, BUT when I stayed the first time I lost wifi connection on the last night they had told me that the whole building has lost wifi connection and someone will come very soon to fix it. This happened again the second time, and told me the exact same thing again ? . Clearly they cut off your wifi in your last night.

The marketing on this place was really nice, but the actual place is average. Your average 3 star hotel really. I wouldn’t get the breakfast here, instead go to the cafe right next to it and eat there. Bed are comfy, shower was nice, walls are VERY thin, not rly much of a view. But price was ok.

The location of the hotel is nice with restaurants and cafes in the surrounding location. 45mins drive from Sultan Ahmet.

Hotel reception staff were not helpful or responsive - we had to ask for things numerous times before they took action. Other times, they didn't bother responding to the request. The shower in the room leaked out onto the bedroom floor. No shower gels in the bottles labeled and hung on the walls, no basic amenities like even a spoon, proper cup, air con set to 19c and was not adjustable, window of room didn't close so you could hear noise from outside (reception staff were supposed to send someone to look at it - no one ever came), card for the room entry hardly ever worked, had to ask for towels in the room as sometimes the cleaner forgot to put them in.

The Breakfast was awful, they were keep running out of bread sugar eggs etc.. the rooms were so tiny. we left the hotel 4 days before our checkout date and went to another hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and staff are friendly.

The room was clean when I checked in but even though left the ''Clean my room'' light on no one cleaned the room and the bed, pillows were okay but not the best comfort.The bathroom door in the room did not close fully and may need little work to do.

The mattress was uncomfortable and we both woke up with body aches on both nights.It was very frustrating that the AC was preset. You either had it on the preset temperature or off. They was no remote so to turn it on or off you had to get out of bed.Our room was facing the road which had a good view but the noice from passing cars was filtering in even with the windows shut.A bit more detail needs to be given to the cleaning and maintenance. The table at the sitting area in the reception was dusty. It appears to be an old hotel and as such the bathroom equipment showed heavy use. A bit of Polishing could redeem and restore the beauty.I have never been in a hotel where the toilet roll had been used . There were 2 used rolls in the bathroom. 1 in the holder and a spare 1 that had also been used. They could have been replaced and put in the staff toilet or even reception toilet but not left in the room for another guest.
