Staff hospitality. And cleanliness

Staff, elevator and location were the highlights. Also, as a woman traveling solo, I felt very safe. The breakfast was good, also, and the room was quiet with a comfortable bed.

Unremediated mold exposure in the shower, and cleanliness was so-so. The room was cleaned well on a daily basis, but there were stains on one of the walls that were old and gross. The furniture was rather shabby, and a badly frayed cord on the hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall looked to be a catastrophe waiting to happen; hotel staff was advised of it upon my departure. Overall, I would have liked it more if the owner had put some effort into a deep-cleaning of the room and some updates to the furniture and the rest of the interior.

Absolutily amazing staff and location, its next to Metro station behind famous landmarks of Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque surrounded by restaurent and shops. The staff especially Shaheen is amazing, they ll great and assist you like family. I highly recommend thier hotel for your next stay.

Though its not something i did'nt like but it can be improved, the breakfast menu is a bit fixed and contains limited items. i guess it can be improved.

The locations was really good. The Topkapi , Blue Mosque was just 10 mins walk, the tram station was exactly opposite of the hotel. And the view from the Sea of Marmara from our room was amazingThe breakfast was amazing too.

They didn’t give us the right room at first and we forgot to double check. Then the staff came and ask that the room we booked (Sea view) was only for 3 people. But when I booked through Booking app it was for four people, so they wanted to charge extra money. I refused to pay because I booked for 4 people. I don’t know who was at fault the hotel management or booking.com, the staff was nice and moved us to the sea view room .Another bad thing was, even after asking for Housekeeping no one came until the third day of our stay, we had used towel and the bathroom was also dirty. No one wanted to take any responsibility for it either, one staff even put down notes that no one came to clean the room , but still they came after two days. I feel like they need be more careful about this kind of stuff. Overall it was a good stay.

Everything was great...staff was very helpful, breakfast was good and plenty, room was spacious, location was excellent and rooms were reasonably priced.

5 minute walk to Aya Sofia, Topkapi, Basilica Cistern

Windows blinds too shabby to block sunlight. Have to wake up with the sun.

Good location, friendly staff. We were upgraded to room with Bosporus view. They help us with early check in.

Everything was super, as a recommendation They can expand the breakfast options. Eg fruits and other non Turkish options.

Great location and good food. The stay was great and Shaheen and Ahmed were great hosts altogether. They listened to my queries and acted upon promptly.

THE HOTEL IS VERY CLOSE TO TRAIN STATIONS AND RESTAURANTS AND MARKETS. IT IS A 5-MINUTE WALK TO ALL HISTORICAL MUSEUMS AND THE HISTORICAL HIPODROM. ALSO THE HOTEL IS VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH. IT IS A PERFECT LOCATION FOR A WALK ON THE BEACH EVEN IN THESE WINTER MONTHS.

A boutique hotel where we got more than what we paid for.

We came for business and stayed as a team in this hotel. Everything was very nice. We had both a touristic and a touristic holiday and we wanted to finish our work in Istanbul. The rooms were large and spacious. All the facilities are available in the rooms and the entire team and staff are ready to help.

Everything was very nice and we were very pleased. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel is quiet and calm, a great place for people to relax. The hotel is very close to the historical island and transportation. It is very easy to reach other city transfers by train right in front of the hotel.

Nothing. The location is good but you can find better located hotels within the same price range.

This is a horrible place. I doubt our room had been cleaned from the previous guest, there were rotten glass on the floor and towels were dirty. We left this hotel after 2 days because we couldn't stay in such a horrible place (we had paid for 6 days)

The hotel is close to the city center. There is stops nearby. There is paid parking nearby - 15 euro per night. The location is very good. The breakfast is okey. It’s value for money.

The bed. Our bed was very very uncomfortable.

The train passes across the hotel and the rooms are very close to transportation, the rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is good enough, if you want an omelet, the staff immediately fulfills your request and they are all friendly and very good.

Great location. Can walk to attractions, stores, and restaurants.has an elevator, breakfast is ok.

Booked a room for my family of 5. They didn't have enough pillows or linens for us. We arrived late and when I asked for pillows and linens they said, sorry maybe tomorrow because the closet is locked and I don't have a key. Since we booked for 5 people the room should have been set up to accommodate us. The toilet leaked and the ceiling was falling apart. Water pressure low, no Internet, can hear a lot of noise in neighboring rooms and from the street.

Everything was very nice and the newly designed lobby made us feel very special. We had a wonderful holiday in this hotel, which we came to with concern. Thank you, İpekyolu family. The staff is very friendly and very successful in their work.

Sea view rooms are great. I stayed in a standard room before. This time I stayed in a sea view suite. Their new design is great.

will never recommend the place or return back!

The room was not cleaned after previous guest. The bed sheets and towels were used and dirty. I didn't not received a see view room as booked, but a one with view to full of garbage inner yard.
