Olen Uskudar Hotel

The front desk staff was very nice. The staff were very accommodating with our check-in, and the hotel had a place for us to store our bicycles securely overnight. The room was clean and comfortable.

Has an elevator, good location close to Acibadem Altunizade hospital, good food available around the area. The water was hot from the shower.

There was a hot plate but no pot to cook anything with. The only dishes were 3 cups and 3 saucers. The pictures on booking.com showed more dishes in the kitchen area.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Its location is excellent — just two metro stations away from Üsküdar and the city center, which makes it very convenient to get around. Also, the price was very reasonable for the quality and service provided

The staff was incredibly helpful, caring, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. They even held my luggage for me while I was in surgery and went the extra mile by ordering food and drinks for me. I’m so grateful for the way they assisted me in every way they could.Getting around was very easy — Uber is definitely the way to go, and it’s reassuring that drivers can’t overcharge. It’s the small acts of kindness that make a huge impact, and this experience truly proved that.

That it’s in a Main Street They didn’t provide toiletries.

I like every single moment I was there, I was in 4th floor and beside my room I had access to the balcony as well which has pov to city, Meli as hotel manager is very polite and welcome man besides servants, although servants didn't understand english but they were very kind and helpful, considering there wasn't my country, I didn't feel lonely ... Best of luck

it would be great if they decrease the price more so can have more happy guest by long staying

Very close to bus stop and great food locations.Spacious room with clean bathroom.Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly.

Good

The towels and pillow were full of other people's hair, the cleanliness of the facility was not up to par. Parking is not provided, you have to look for it on the street in front of the hotel, which is impossible in the evening, so we had to pay for the garage across the street.

„All the staff is top - notch , available 24/7 , and very accommodating , whether you have problems with Western Union or just want to know where to eat well . The location can't be beaten . I will be there again soon and can recommend it to everyone . I am getting my teeth done there myself . From taxi drivers to food wishes , everyone is more than friendly . I would go back anytime . "

Of you have any more Phrasen or questions, feel free to ask!

Not recommended overall, not good value for money even with a discount through booking.com

WiFi was very unreliable, couldn't watch Netflix on tv as smart tv needed to be updated and staff after asking multiple times over course of 2 days said "boss said can't do anything about it"Coffee - asked for coffee sachets and was told "coffee is finished, so no" so had to buy coffee sachets myself as apparently this was not provided.Stayed at Olen due to visiting Istanbul for medical procedure, spent a lot of time in my room Due to this, had to rely on using my phone and data to watch Netflix and keep myself occupied. Did not try breakfast or any food as not often where the 'cafe' was open or attended.Members of staff were nice enough, one member of staff was very polite, helpful and made my stay better. But overall would not recommend, many other choices available that aren't on main road and will actually provide basic amenities to make your stay comfortable.

i checked into the hotel at night and it was open 24/7. The staff was very helpful and good. my room was clean and big. It was very cold in Istanbul but I didn't have any problems warming up thanks to the heater. After warming up I cooled off with air conditioning . Its location was very central . I will definitely come back again. Next time I hope the weather in Istanbul will be nice and I can stay for a long time

Small hotel near the Baglarbasi metro station with lots of local cheap restaurants nearby. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great value for money.

The room was not cleaned up all our 6-night stay and we had to ask for new towels ourselves. Air conditioning seems to automatically switch off during night/early morning hours.

The staff are amazing and very helpful. The hotel was comfortable and in a good location.

Windows were a little hard to open, so it could benefit from renovation.

Worst service

No waterNo room keepingYou are not honest on reservation i’m sure i’ve seen the breakfast and i didn’t find it in reservations after pay

The hotel is perfect , well located clean and spacious, I had a quiet room and slept very well, beds are comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the gym is a great plus to have. Thanks for a great stay !

The room size was awesome! Bed was huge and comfortable, and despite the size the ac still kept the entire room cooled. And the staff! All the staff I interacted with were super friendly, and helpful!

I have zero major complaints. I will stay at this hotel the next time too!

Clean and friendly staff

Pretty noisy street placement

The owner of the hotel was very friendly, always help us and call a taxi for our needs, nice clean room.

The only thing I was expecting is to have the sheets changed at least once in 8 days

Tphe location suited us and the staff were friendly

First I booked a hotel owned by them, they sent me a message to cancel and offered a slightly more expensive but better (brand new) hotel. Extremely poor insulation, unfinished rooms that do not look like on the website. They moved us to a quieter room with a view of the technical area. For 4 days they worked around the elevator with drills and hammers and there was no peace. The elevator didn't work for 4 days...

The location was good, the staff were good, the room was new.

The cleaning was 0 there was no cleaning during my 9 days stay there was only making the beds and tidying the room a little. The toilets were not touched for cleaning at all there was no toilet tissue for 2 days.

The cleanliness and facilities

The room balconies were separated from each other only by some artificial leaves wall so you practically would have other people behind your window. So you couldn’t open the windows all day long. Some of other guests to the room next to me were talking with very loud voice and giving the feeling of insecurity.
