Even before I booked i had a million questions, each one was answered promptly and to my needs. When I arrived the staff was pleasant and again very accommodating. They were really very helpful and pleasant with so many things beyond the scope of their duties. It was like going home everyday... I stayed for 2 weeks. The room was spotless and beautiful and there was always coffee and tea available in the lobby area. There are many stores nearby, including grocery stores butchers, bakery, resturants, clothes, shoes, drugstore. Making it a very convenient location. I would highly recommend the BayMari City life.

The staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel is clean and well equipped with all the necessary equipment. The hotel is close to public transportation. I stayed with my family for a week and we were very satisfied.

Location, price, cleanliness and nice staff. Walking distance to metro station; there are groceries, sweet shop, restaurants nearby.

Room sound proof not perfect, you can hear next door talking.

Excellent location, just a few minutes from a large shop. The place is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the apartment is fully equipped — especially the kitchen, which has everything you need. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Free coffee and tea are available from the coffee machine. The staff are very helpful and speak both Arabic and English. I truly recommend this place for family, and inshallah, I will stay in the same hotel next time.

The room was very clean and spacious with living room and kitchenette. Friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel is also very centrally located and close the memorial hospital.

Staff was so friendly, quick to help with luggage, offered us coffee when we arrived. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and they helped to store our luggages so that we could started our activities without the burden of bags. The building was newer and room was comfortable. Between bus stops and the building there are stores, supermarket and restaurants.

Bus stops are a bit of walk away but not too bad.

Comfortable and safe accommodation. I did extend twice my stay as I appreciated the good size and fully equipped apartment along with the friendly and welcoming staff. I did have to commute daily between 2 and 3 hrs but this was not the end of the world.

Housekeepers tend to be a little loud. I’ve got awakened seldomly while taking afternoon naps from the furniture being dragged across the rooms.

Since we had a specific situation (a family member was getting planned medical services at the Memorial Hospital), we appreciated the location within a 15-minute walk to the hospital. Also, the property is pet-friendly, which was important for us, as we travelled with a family pet. Staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and accommodating.

Location is far from regular tourist attractions and is at the part of town that is busy with people, disorganized traffic, and unkempt neighborhoods. To get to the main tourist attractions, you have to walk to the metro, travel 3 metro stops, change to a tram, and travel 13 more stops to the tune of about 1 hour travel time each way.

Hospitality cleanliness welcoming valet always available to take care complimentary cleaning facilities, everything was top notch

They were all very friendly, the suite is clean, and I contacted them a day before since my flight arrived early morning and they welcomed me and my family in our suite before scheduled check in time , which was very helpful. Would definitely go back here on my next trip to Istanbul

The staff was very nice. Assisted us with everything, helped us with the parking. The rooms were pretty spacious and cosy.

The location was bad and some more improvement regarding the cleaning.

I lovveeee their service !! 1000% excellent !! It was soooo big earthquake when i stay there. And we (me amd my family) running without wearing any proper clothes and the weather is sooo cold in that time. And the manager gives us blanket to stay warm. Sooo greaattt. Also the room is so clean and nice. And they give us complimetary for clean 1x our room. If oneday i visit Turkey again i will definitely stay in Baymari again for sure. and also all of the staff so helpful and friendly. 5 stars for baymari ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A bit far from tourist place.. it's took around 1 hours to going to touristic place, using public transportation. But it is worth it!

Had great time in BayMari, kitchen, home appliances just perfect for family stay. Cooked ourselves meals, location was convenient to buy grocery, go to the beach, seen Mosques and Sultan palace, had great time in Istanbul with family.

Great staff amazing hospitality , great accommodation, remember its an apartment don't expect to get free services which is normal.The stay was amazing if youre a smoker you can go up to the roof where theres space, sitting area and ashtrays and the most amazing thing was the location probably one of my favorite locations it links you to everything and you have everything around you!
