Nothing!Just It would be nice if the pharmacy in the mall was open every day of the week!It very important for those who stop there before flight.

Very comfortable and exceptional cleanliness, very nice and helpful staff. Very good facilities and location. Everything was perfect.

Location , facilities, swimming pools, cleaning

Everything was great and amazing. The location is fantastic. And the elevator system to reach your own floor is fantastic as well.

As mentioned, everything was great, but I would recommend putting a bidet sprayer near the toilet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in the Presidential Suite No. 1800 on thenights of April 28th and 29th. I would like to take a moment to express my sincere thanksand gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your employee, Mr. Ali Shlash.Employees like Mr. Shlash truly make a difference in the guest experience. Great Location

I asked the desk manager if I could have a complimentary breakfast on the first day (I had a reservation for two nights), since it was my second or third visit to Crowne Plaza Istanbul Asia Hotel and she was very rude. A manager can't be as rude as she was.

The location is super, direct entrance to Viaport shopping center. Staff is amazing. Special thanks to Shahnosa from reception. She was very helpful and resolved all our requests starting from late checkout and finished by shuttle bus. The hotel is clean and well decorated. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Food in the hotel is overpriced a little bit, but in the shopping center near, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes for any valet and budget.

Location and comfort and statf

A bit pricy for a hotel that needs a bit of an update

The location of hotel attached to Viaport Outlet Mall and Play yard area. Beside there are many coffee shops and restaurants.

it’s pit far from Istanbul downtown. the hotel close to Sabiha Airport

Spacious room, comfortable mattress, crown decor, provided some compliments for the guests as hot drinks and mineral water, iron and board in the wardrobe. The towels were big and clean. Impressive breakfast! All perfect!

The location

First when I reached they took the price of the two bed room more than the expected and they were the only one who took these price from all hotels that I booked with they tooled from me the price of the hotel although that booking took it from me before arrival

The breakfast was rich but ...But the location is very good. When we arrived at the hotel , the guy who took our luggage was very nice and with good hospitality ..but ..

The breakfast was without flavour ( not delicious)The Price of the booking is very expensive the one at the information desk needs to go for hospitality lessons of how to treat your customers

It has full facilities with the mall is great you don’t need to go outside the hotel

Nothing up to know . This is my second visit to the hotel

- Great location and inside the mall.- The room was nice and had a great and relaxing feeling. Because the hotel’s building was old, everything was comfortable and spacious.
