I liked the condition of rooms and the staff.

I didn't like when l arrived and stayed in another room for 2 nights.

At the beginning facilities and the room were not as we expected (based on the photos we've seen), though as soon as we asked for refund the staff upgraded our room and provided better services. Don't forgret to ask for your rights and things you were promised when placing your order! you paid for it, right!

Excellent location , 3 minutes walk to Yenikapi metro station where you can connect to anywhere in Istanbul . 5 mins to tram which can take you to Hagia Sofia mosque and grand Bazar. Plenty of shopping around with good discount prices.

I enjoyed my stay at Fly hotel, breakfast was so nice, staff are too friendly. I recommend everyone

I stayed for 4night my was only clean once the cleaning should be everyday especially the bathrooms the water flow for the shower is too small

I found a rat in the room. the door is very bad not fit close , the breakfast is the same in all thing every day and it was not good at all

The hotel can do better on breakfast the location is perfect.

U didn't like that they clean when you tell them it's not a daily thing , still when they clean its not perfect they can do better on cleaning I didn't have cockroaches but my friends room was a nightmare .
