Good location, modern building

The rooms were really small

Based on my stay experience only positive and good thing I felt was the distance from the conference venue. It was hardly 50mts / 03mins walk and I had no worries or hassel to reach.

1. Staff at reception and engineering took my concern / complaint very casually.2. It took 2days and 2 nights almost for them to understand the discomfort I had due my room AC not working.3. Shift after shift they just kept experimenting with new engineer staff every-time to somehow fox the AC.4. Ultimately in the middle of 2nd night when my frustration peeked at around 0130am where I could jot manage sleeping , they made a decision to shift me and my wife to a new room.5. Why the decision was taken so late? Were they waiting for me to loose my patience and then provide me a solution(.6. Absolutely no courtesy or apologies offered for discomfort caused by the hotel management and team. Rather they requested not to place a complaint7. First two days of the conference I could barely concentrate due to lack of sleep and tiredness after air travel. 8. And to top it new room ac was functional , but internet / wifi was not working which required IT engineer to visit several times.9. All in all Novotel Bomonti hotel maintainance is very poor standards and staff needs to be taught how customer experience is delivered as per the brand image.

If you want to walk around, you have to walk up and up...Elevator Key board confusing.Cash Machine Empty of Cash.

Boutique, clean and modern ! Lights in room add beauty to room ! Staff at reception , Bar and housekeeping , all were excellent . To name few Emre, Enes , Gokce, Funkon Benkay Alpen

Keep little more amenities in room not on request

I really like the modern design of the hotel, the cleanliness of the property, and the welcoming atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, and the facilities are well maintained . Spacial appreciation to Mr.Furkan, Mr. Alper , Mr.Serap and Mr. Emre( Bill man), and I would like to say to them thank you so much for your warm smiles and kind support during my stay

Nothing i don’t like , all extremely above the standard

cosy and clean rooms with great view, awesome hospitality and useful accessories.but the most lovely point for me was the unbelievable kindly behavior of the personnel specially on the front desk! They were as kind as my own family. Ma'am Serap and gentlemen Furkan, Gokge, Emre and one other person that unfortunately I don't remember his name. They were all awesome!The C.E.O of the hotel should be proud of himself/herself for gathering these wonderful people serving the guests.Wish them peace and I love them all!

I would particularly like to thank the wonderful staff members: Samet, Ahmet, Akin, Melisa, Sarap, Gohçe, Samet, Furkan, and Ali Akper. They were all extremely helpful, courteous, and quick to fulfill all my requests, making my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.The breakfast was lovely and diverse, and the new facilities in the hotel add a luxurious touch to the place. Without a doubt, I will return to enjoy your exceptional service once again.Thank you once more for everything.Best regards

Friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, staff well communication in English and we loved the Italian Restaurant

Room cleaning I experienced some issues with the electricity supply in my hotel room.Some of the power outlets suddenly stopped working.The electricity went out in my room in the middle of the night and then came back, but the air conditioner did not work for the rest of the night.

I had a very nice experience. The hotel is very nice, and people who work there Emre, Serap and all other guys are perfect very nice polite and helpful.. Clean hotel very new and worth all penny that I spend there.Thank you so much.

Housekeeping very bad , bad cleaning & bad behaviour & annoying don’t change towels even we request a deep cleaning they say we don’t have this service after 3 o’clock
