the location was really good. The front desk staff was really helpful.

Being on istiklal street I guess you just can not avoid the noise. But the wifi didnt work in my room only .5mbps speed. The breakfast wasn't very good very basic. No coffee option. Also there was something wrong with water it was yellow/brown in color.

The staff is really helpful and respectful. The place is really clean and the rooms are well equipped and so if you are even a single traveller the overall experience feels very safe and comfortable

The wifi service was mostly out. I have stayed in prelude 2 times before and the service was much better. The staff told me that they were experiencing a problem and were trying to resolve it with the telecom company and honestly they sounded honest because as i said during my two stays before i did not face the same problem

Great location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, 15 minute walk to Taksim Square and Tram. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel confirmed a king bed, but room had two singles. Wi-Fi was slow and inconsistent.

cleanness of the room, house keeping frequency and quality, staff did not help resolving simple queries such as electricity blog adaptor & tooth past.

The only thing that I liked was the location.

There was a cockroach in one of our rooms, of course they changed our room after we requested (not that they offer themselves).The rooms weren’t so clean. I drop something on floor and I see under the bed and it was a disaster.We couldn’t find any channel on TV. The coffeemaker didn’t work properly and you should pay for the coffee capsules that they mentioned in room facilities!

They changed our room for the first night with a smaller room. The TV didn’t work. The coffeemaker was very old and the coffee capsules weren’t free.

Great location in Taksim. Super friendly staff at front desk, especially the guy during the day who gave me some tips on traveling in Turkey. Nice compact room, good shower, comfortable bed with good support and enough cushion to absorb the hips and shoulders.

Despite the double paned windows, and despite being on the backside of the building, it could get noisy. There is a police station nearby and loud conversations, arguments and shouting would occur just below - at any time of the day. Ear plugs are essential. If it weren't for the outside noise, which is beyond the hotel's control, it would get a better rating.

The location is great close to many cute streets boutique shops , restaurants, and big shopping street if you want to experience central parts of the city .

Walls are super thin you can hear everything … it’s noisy from the street and other guests and smells like cigarettes . They do not clean rooms unless you ask them to and not daily .

The room was not very clean, the coffee capsules had expired, the coffee machine was dirty, and the bed linen and towels were old and had holes.

Second time l am staying here and location is the best and staff very professional and room is clean
