Troya Hotel Taksim

Excellent customer service, great team

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The walls are extremely thin, and noise from other rooms can be clearly heard, which made it difficult to rest. The room was dusty and not properly cleaned upon arrival. In addition, there was no complimentary water provided in the room, which is unexpected for a hotel. Furthermore, when I requested an extra room key, I was informed that the hotel charges USD 10 for each additional key. Overall, the stay did not meet basic cleanliness and comfort standards.

Hotel Location is exceptional,Staff very helpful and high level of hospitalityMourad Do everything to make all feel home.

Excellent staff, great location, tasty breakfast

The place is very good but the rooms a little bit small (smart rooms) , hotel is near to everything, 2 minutes to isteklal street , the staff is so helpful and hospitable.

Room cleaning, location, foodStaff

Everything was great. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable, good location (just off Istiklal str, close to Galata tower). Breakfast on the roof top, variety of food (with constant refill). The first day we came there was something wrong with the bathroom light, they fixed it right the way.I would definitely come back.

The location and price was perfect, great staff comunication, rooms cleaned daily, fantastic breakfast, will go back again.

Nothing not to like

Very good position, nice people willing to help you, breakfast pretty good with lots of choices. Also nice view from the terace restaurnt.

Romms was a little to small, and not all have windows outside, some of them had windows on an interior shaft.

Location is nice. That's it.)

On check in we got complementary bottle of water. It was a used battle filled with filtered water... I think I don't have to write more...(

Returned to Hotel Troya after 5 years. Loved the stay here. Nice clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Location is ideal. 2 mins walk to Istiklal Street. Highly recommended.

Breakfast could be better.

The room was small but clean and well-equipped. The view from the breakfast room is amazing and the location is pretty central and well served. Would definitely come back.

All was great.

The location is ok.

There were load parties on the rooftop every day till 1-2 am at night except Sunday and Monday evenings. My first night I was on the 6 floor which made it impossible to sleep, and even after changing room to 1 floor, it was still noisy with music and beat. I had a strange situation when after looking at cctv the cleaner lady came into my room for less than a minute when I was at the breakfast and then left. She never came back this day and I found out it was less money in a pack of money in the opened envelope which was on the table. The staff said it was normal to come in for a short and go away never coming back. There are buttons to order cleaning, I did not ordered cleaning that day. I never directly accused them of stealing as I do not have more evidence than this cctv from corridor but they started commenting to me and my colleague that this money never existed or I lost it in the taxi (which I never took).

It was a neat and clean place with very friendly and supportive staff ; Sami , Samih and Muneer. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. This property has an excellent location. Wifi was very good!

Very nice staff and amazing facilities, with gym, sauna, and breakfast in a rooftop with amazing views. Room was a good size with mini bar, closet, safe, slippers, AC and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom had plenty of towels and ammenities, haidryer and double shower. Breakfast was varied and always replaced until the end of breakfast time.

Bathroom door should have been a sliding one to a more practical use of the hairdrier, but nothing too anoying.
