Location is good, good price.

The pool water was cold, before you go to the pool you must buy caps that cost $5 and you are not allowed to go without them. Breakfast could have been better. The rooms are small but quite clean.

!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES !!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! THEIR STAFF AND THE HOTEL DRIVER ARE ALL CONNECTED TOGETHER THEY STOLE MY KIDS I PADS MY WIFE'S PURSE OUR SUN GLASSES OUR EXPENSIVE SHOES AND THE POLICE WONT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast was elaborate but most of the offerings were not familiar.Location had good proximity to my training venue.

Language barrier was a major issue in communicationRoom had minimal leg room despite that we booked a double bed roomPower outage plus Wi-Fi outage during the day when it was most needed.

Breakfast was good with major Turkish delicacy. Rooftop dining area is spacious. Hotel is located in a lane, but approachable.

Sea view room as mentioned was just sea view from passage/gallery. Since I had booked hotel in advance for 5 nights, after third day, the staff asked us to shift to another floor citing reason of renovation of the floor. This could have been avoided by giving us room appropriately outright. After checking out, on our request the reception guy called a taxi for us to drop at Bus station, for which he charged us 1000 Turkish Lira. we felt cheated because after a few days we took a meter taxi and we paid 400 TL for about a bit more distance.

Location of the hotel was in good place

Breakfast wasn’t so good. Not much things to eat. Juice fruit drinks taste was bad. Not much choices. Not recommended to have breakfast in that hotel.

It was very nice to stay at Konak Hotel. Miss Seycan ve Berkay was very good staf. Thank you so much for everything

I always choose this hotel when Im in Istambul, but its worse year by year. The breakfast is very simple, no scrambled eggs, no aubergine, no menemen, no ham and eggs, no sunny side up…Cheap salami, a few cheese… The barhroom needs renovation, the tap is rusty, not easy to use. The shower is moldy.The receptionist was the worst ever! ( 3rd february)I called him at about 9 pm, I asked for an extra pillow and a blanket. He said, okay. Then after an hour, nothing happened. I called him again, asked why does it take for so long? He said “okay” and put the phone down. No apologie. I was waiting another half an hour and I went down to reception. I was very upset, when I asked him why didnt he send me the things. Then another staff arrived and helped me. The receptionist was really rude, whitout any apologie.

Very poor

Some staff was very rude. We booked 2 rooms and it wasn’t very clean and inside the rooms u can see it hasn’t been refurbished for maybe 100 years. Bathrooms tiles r dirty and coming off. Also the internet so bad, we complained so many times but it didn’t help. They advertised the hammam, spar is free but it is not. The breakfast choice is so bad. If I am honest, if they offer me to stay for free, I won’t.

Nothing about the hotel was nice.

Everything, the staff wasn't friendly, the cleaners could storm our rooms without permission. It was soo terrible. Couldn't even have the guts to narrate about it to any of my friends and family. The rooms and toilets where soo unkept.

Only the location is good and cleanliness

There was a scam because when I booked the hotel I chose it because it had a gym, sauna and swimming pool. I sent them a confirmation message and asked them if the facilities were open and available and they told me yes. When I arrived at the hotel I asked them about the gym and they told me it was closed, the pool was closed and the sauna was closed. This is a big scam because last year this story happened to my friend and the same hotel and they told him that the facilities were closed for maintenance. This hotel should only be two stars.

The baggage room is convenient, after check-out, when flying late you still have a space to keep your bags and continue with shoping.

There is no omplimentary coffee, water, and tea in the room.

The spa facilities, the restaurant and the lady who serves at night at the restaurant is lovely and very helpful

The breakfast team who switches off the machine 45 mins before breakfast ends and speaks rudely when ask for something.The reception team very rude and do not care about helping guests or listening to queries.
