Nothing all perfect

The only good thing about this hotel was the location and amazing staff. It is very close to Taksim Square.

On the other hand, the place was very old and the area was very congested. Another problem was that hotel did not have any parking space. We had to pay 800 Turkish currency for two cars per day. Also, no AC in elevators and lobby. Our bathroom at the third floor was very old and around the shower area you could see mold.

I really like the personal. I came early in the morning at 5 a.m and my Check In was scheduled at 12 pm. But the receptionist was so kind and gentle and he gave me my room immediately and did the check In for me.

There is not a big variety of food at the breakfast.There’s no fruits or sweets.

The location is great, price is reasonable. The staff is friendly. Breakfasts are a nice service that fully introduces Turkish cuisine.Recommended

I visit Istanbul all the time for business purposes and I use the same hotel every time. Because the price balance is very reasonable, it is in a central location and most importantly, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

It is a 2-minute walk from Taksim center and the average price is quite reasonable. Also, the hotel staff is very gentlemanly and always ready to do their best for your comfort. It is an ideal hotel that will easily meet your needs, after all, we are not buying those rooms and we are temporary guests, so it is more than enough for your holiday. Recommended.

The hotel's location is the first thing I like, the breakfast introduces Turkish cuisine and is equipped with wonderful traditional breakfast ingredients. Also, the hotel staff is very kind and does their best to help in every subject. You can get answers to your questions immediately and they try to do their best for your comfort. Also, the price balance and average in the region is quite reasonable. Also, this is my first choice of hotel every time I come to Istanbul and I do not do any research anywhere else except this hotel. It is recommended. It is a perfect hotel that is not too big but meets your needs and is preferred by families.

Friendly staff but below expectation everything else.

Pitch dark hallways at night. Lights were connected to motion detectors which didn't become activated until you walked halfway through the hallway. Long black hair in fresh towels. Windows didn't close properly.

The hotel is located in the city center and in a great location. Transportation is much easier. I also liked the hotel very much, the Reception guys are very helpful and always greet you with a smile.

Dirty carpeting, mold in shower and bathroom, bad smell, breakfast was not good

I did not like anything, I was in shock when I got there, it was Old, not updated, stuffy and humidity, mold , worm out carpeting,

Breakfast was simple and nice.

We had a room for three. It had a deluxe bed and a couch. The couch was not comfortable at all.

Location was good , breakfast was normal , the Room could be cleaner

Honesty and integrity I forgot a gold lira coin in my room, it’s worth $500 and after I arrived home in Tel Aviv I received a message from management that they found my lost gold lira in the room. Thank you AmraAllah and Taximtown staff for your help and support during our stay and honesty you showed us. This is my second time in Taximtown hotel and I will be back
