it was a pretty comfertable room

Pool was apparently 24/7 - was closed, - it was heart of august and AC set to 25 degrees - asked reception to turn it down and they said they cant change it because some customers would get too cold. asked reception to wake me up at 6 - nobody woke me

very upscale, close to airport, great amenities and rooms.

not a lot of food options around the hotel (room service has a lot of food options until 10 pm), you have to drive to get anywhere else. sauna was not working.

Service in Restaurant & Bar - Seams you need to pay before you get your coffee - I felt treated like somebody , the management has be scared not to get the set I’ve paid by me. Even they had my credit card.

The lobby was beautifully designed, and the bar area was also very nice. We had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.

When we entered the room, we noticed it wasn’t very clean. There were quite a few hairs on the side tables and also on the chair, which was disappointing. We expected better cleanliness from a hotel of this standard.

Let's start with the stay. I paid for breakfast in advance, but my accommodations were never given. Then, I called the booking agent about this issue. They called the hotel and were told I would hear about it the following day. I had to call the downstairs to find out. By the time I got the answer, breakfast was over. The property manager said I could get it. Once, room service came to my room with a different story. The restaurant supervisor yelled at me to pay, and the property manager didn't do anything about it. I have called the Hilton customer service line about the issue. I believe both the supervisor and the property manager are racist, and I filed a formal complaint about the way I was treated as a person of color. I will never stay at this location again, even if they gave me a week for free.

What could possibly be likable about this place?

The mattress in the guest house sinks when you lie down, and I feel like I’m falling into it. Because of this, my back hurts. I weigh 60 kg, but the mattress seems designed for a weight of 20-30 kg. It’s not clean inside, and the hygiene is very poor.

Restorant is very expensive, hotel class like this must have restorant who is appropriate for Hillton hotels.

Very nice location with good breakfast. We had parking too. We used subway to reach City Center.

medication needs to be refrigerated. while the fridge worked it had no freezer. Asked staff for help how could I freeze my freezer packs which is necessary for onward travel but they were unable to help. Everywhere else we have stayed the staff were able to access a freezer.

Rooms not cooling. At reception they told that giving you improve room but room cooling system not worked . They changed room upon my several time request infact after harsh stand but same problem.

I feel scammed, the hotel is called Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul Atatürk Airport and is located an hour from the airport. When I search on the Booking map, it appears close to the airport. I chose this hotel because I arrived at midnight and left at 0500 am, I was only there for 5 hours, I lost two hours between going and returning to the hotel, plus the cost of the taxi which was almost the price of the hotel. I would like to know if Booking could respond or give me my money back.

The housekeeping staff and concierge was upto the mark

The staff was super rude and had no respect for any guests, had horrible customer service at the front desk

The staff (Can, Emir, Yigit, Mehmet, Swim instructor- Josep or so, I don't remember well-, as well as the other restaurant & bar and housekeeping staff were awesome! They made out stay worthwhile and memorable and will definitely visit Istanbul again and use Hilton hotels anywhere else I go. The facilities are definitely worth it.

The property looks good and the rooms were of good standard..The staff were cordial and trying to assist the most!!

They are very short staffed especially in the front desk, They had to multi task for everything and would miss basic steps, also were not able to action any requests which was not standard.The shower broke, use of pool is from 1130 to 1930,which means can't use if you are on a business trip, gym location is very claustrophobic, if you want to use Sauna and steam, you have to tell front desk again to switch on.no multiplug facility for charging, many such missed!!
