There was no adapter for U.S. outlet for iphone charger

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff--especially the manager.

I had looked forward to walking along the seaside, but the area outside the hotel--including the beach and nearby shops and restaurants were run-down and not inviting.

The room was small and quite cramped. Surprised by that considering the price.

The staff members were very welcoming, helpful, responsive. The food was delicious. And the breeze from the sea is fantastic, slept with and open window and smelt the sea.

Not too many restaurants or stores around, however the good at the hotel was amazing, no need to go out. The closets store with all the necessities 5 minutes walk

Definitely need a good noise reduction doors.

The highlight of the hotel is the Spa. Olga’s massage made our vacation absolutely perfect and worth every penny! We also enjoyed the food in the restaurant, beautiful view and good service provided by the staff.

The smell of the bathroom was very musty, because of leaky shower. We also missed disposable flippers.

The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. They thought of everything from shoe horns to sewing to kits. It was great. We had a awesome view of the beach.

It is time to make repairs in some places, especially in the bathrooms. Too bad they don't heat the water in the pool :-(

the hotel is probably the best one in karaburun. it is small but has everything. the pool and spa are outstanding for a hotel of this size. clean like a surgery room. very friendly staff. the restaurant is lincensed and has the long menu secure private parking. choice of the rooms.

wifi is not stable and fast enough for hq video stream. the pool looks to be seasonal (it will be shame if it is the case). breakfast has a lot of room for improvement, for the both food and service. airport shuttle is overpriced for the distance. they ask 30 EUR one way. for 5 more you can hire the same car to the center of Istanbul, though it will take you 2-3 times longer.

Great hotel, 25 min from IST Airport. Very friendly staff, great service. We liked sauna, the beach nearby, beautiful view from our room. Nice Turkish traditional breakfast. They sent their transportation to pick us up at the airport. We will definitely stay again between flights.

The staff is amazing, able to communicate in English

The air conditioner in all rooms is shooting straight into the face while a guest is on the bed. You can’t sleep like this and if you turn it off you can’t sleep either because it’s too hot. The bathroom in the room facing the pool has very inconvenient toilet. You can sit straight on it. You have to sit sideways (I’m not big).

The bottling mini heaven hidden back there. PERFECT spot to chill, refresh, recharge yourself between long layovers. Spa is very very good.My son experienced his first hamam there and it was very good. Clean place. friendly, easy to communicate stuffs. Shuttle service is great. Restaurant is very good. I spent my 14 hours of layover at the right place

I wish they had Turkish food in the menu. At least as an option to try it.

Very good, excellent location, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, pool. Wi-fi needs an upgrade.

The air conditioner needs adjustment not toBlow in the guest. It’s impossible to sleep when the cold or air blows into your head or face

The lobby guys, Olga in spa, Darya in the restaurant are all extremely nice. I appreciate their hospitality

- close to the airport - right on a sea side, the beach is just across the road- the room was big and clean- stuff was very nice and helpful - fantastic view on the sea- rather big swimming pool- spa (I never went but it’s included in the price)- restaurant on the property

- sometimes quite noisy (I was living on the ground floor, too close to the road and overall sound isolation of the room could have been better)- no one cleaned my room during 2 days stay- beach is mostly desert, great for locals, but if you come for one day - not so comfortable- I didn’t see any areas with sun beds etc- breakfast is ok, but its not a buffet, many things included in “Turkish breakfast” on the menu I can’t eat (although itself it is quite big and diverse, surely many ppl would love it)- drinking water could be more accessible - I had to pay for every bottle, this is crazy- taxi price is ridiculously high especially on the way back, but on your way there - also take care - my taxi driver fooled me to pay twice as more, they have no right to do it

I was told that the breakfast starts at 9:00 and I didn't have time for it.

The room window was to the pool area. Therefore, the curtains had to be closed while in the room.Also for transfer to the airport, hotel required double the price of Uber or normal yellow taxi !!

1. Location. 25 min to IST Airport with a brand new own transfer (MB Vito).2. Sea side 1st line and possibility to swim in the Black see, as well as in the hotel pool. There is a SPA also but we didn’t use it3. Hotel and its rooms have new repair, air conditioner worked very well, everywhere were very clean. Hotel is much better than you can see in photos.4. Staff is very friendly and fast in their reaction, we’re ready to help5. Next time will use it again

1. Room was on the road and it was a bit noisy in the night2. Breakfast was with local food and good enough, but coffee was given in paper cups - a bit strange 3. Beach was a bit duty

Great value hotel close to the airport with great sea views . Staff were great very helpful Food was good and great value . Spa was good b new and clean . Bit cold for the pool when I went but could imagine how good it would be in the summer

Only one thing the WiFi was a bit sporadic
