No lobby area , area of breakfast very dark and no daylight , room small fir a triple room and the view unacceptable , the hotel is not fancy at all and very bad structure ,

HT Location and excellent staff, especially Rural, very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable and located in close proximity to the tram stations Gulhane and Sirkeci. Our housekeeping lady understood english and was very kind and helpful! Laundry mart, convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants and masjid were nearby offering convenience for me.

While there were many options for breakfast, most of the items were cold, except for the boiled eggs. On our arrival theA/C in our room was not working, however after a few hours we were given another room where it worked and we were comfortable. My suggestion is to service the AC units routinely so they are efficient.

Location was good if you want to be close to the center.

Room and bathroom were old. breakfast not suitable for occidental people.

Nothing I can think of really, except perhaps the mattress.

We didn't get the room plan and size we reserved, they gave us a tiny room and insisted that's the one we reserved. I will attach photos.Dirty room, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, dirty doors, dirty everything and everywhere ... We didn't feel like taking a shower in the filthy bathroom during the only 3 nights we stayed out of 8 nights we had initially reserved at this hotel.Breakfast was very disappointing as it was served in an airtight and suffocating basement space.As we leave our tiny room we're in a dark extremely hot floor space with no natural light nor any air flow, we couldn't breathe while waiting for the disastrous tiny one-person very noisy elevator. See photos attached.They didn't refill the main and warm breakfast items, and not just that, but the overall breakfast items were not like the ones in the hotel pictures, mush less and poor quality items, with absolutely no bread varieties, only white baguette cut in pieces in the kitchen, and no toaster.They ran out of clean plates and cups continuously, we had to wait for everything they needed to replenish. We could hear other guests complaining as well. The tea and coffee serving machine and its surrounding was dirty we didn't feel like serving any.The room cleaning service was not done in a professional and sanitary method as it's customary and performed in the hotel industry. The place they stored their bedding and towels was filthy. See photos. They never checked if we needed any room supplies like daily water, etc on a daily basis.The Lobby area was so tiny with no chairs to sit.Therefore, due to our severe dissatisfaction from the whole hotel and its management, we decided to cancel the remaining 5 nights by changing the dates ? on Booking.

Central location, quality breakfast, friendly and professional staff. This was the perfect spot for us to explore Istanbul and made things very convenient.

Breakfast is below average in the basement, room had almost 0 noise cancellation, I could hear other guests talking to each other from the room next to us.

Wonderful people, helpful, kind, at Reception and at Restaurant as well.It was a pleasure. I hope to return as soon as possible.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center. All main attractions are 15-20 minutes by foot. The hotel staff was also amazing and very good. They are the reason that I gave a 4 instead of a 1.

The hotel is very outdated. The room that I was given was not the same as in the pictures. I was given a room with no sunlight at all, zero, pitch black. It had a window, but the window was looking out to another wall, so it was the same as if I didn’t have any window at all. The bed and the pillows were very very uncomfortable. I did not have a good sleep at all, not even a single night.

It is conveniently located near restaurants and top tourist destinations in Istanbul. Our room was cleaned daily. There is also a cute and friendly Pomeranian greeting us everyday and adorable cat at night.

The breakfast menu was limited and almost the same daily.
