Four Points Flex by Sheraton Istanbul Taksim Square

The staff were very helpful. We arrived an hour before check-in, and the weather was stormy and rainy. The employee Saleh performed his duties with great kindness and also helped us change rooms.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out.The accommodation offers excellent value for money, fully in line with the price provided. The location is highly convenient, situated just a 2–3 minute walk from Taksim Square.

Exceptional stay!We had a great experience at this hotel. The hospitality was amazing — everyone was super helpful, friendly, and very flexible. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from Taksim and the metro.Special thanks to Mr. Salih and Mr. Erdoğan for making our stay so special and convenient. Highly recommend this place!

Location is perfect for an Istanbul trip. Staff is nice and ready. Hotel is comfortable and clean.

It is in the hearth of nightlife in Istanbul, so you should expect some outside noise but it is not that much a problem.

The location is the main feature of this hotel plus to the quick and nice service.

The breakfast options were limited if compared with other Turkish Hotels in the same price range/star rank. If you will pay by credit/debit card, they will charge you in Turkish Lira but with the hotel’s exchange rate from Euro to Lira which is higher than the bank rate. So, better to bring Euros in cash and pay. I had been charged TL 15,000 for Euro 315.84 which correspond to 47.49. However, the Visa rate was 46.62.

I loved the Customer service! the guys at the hotel are soooooo nice and helpful! They treated me like a guest of honer and all my request were met! super friendly and nice!

I hated the bathroom, the shower did not have a stopper and the water kept coming out which flooded the bathroom!

Great location, room are clean, staff are friendly n welcoming.

Area is bit loud

The location was super convenient, breakfast was tasty, and the staff made me feel so welcome. The room was cozy, clean,

The hotel room was nice and clean, the staff was pleasant and the location was fantastic.

We were in the area on May 1 which is Labor Day and the whole area was closed off on that day making it hard to get out. This would’ve been better managed if the Hotel staff had informed us ahead of time.

Great location, steps away from Taksim square. Good value for money

Room and bathroom was small.

Very strategic place. The staff so friendly and helpful.

The B’fast everyday is the same.

Location was amazing bery near to the metro and taksim square

Rooms were not soundproof, and also a little small in size

The staff was very helping and had a pleasant attitude. Specially Salih and Ugur helped us with everything including the metro routes.

- Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception!!! Always redy to help, advice and etc. Helped me with my deliveries to the hptel, taxi arrangement. - Great location! Just a few steps away from Taksim square and the metro and other transport. Very convenient to get around the city. - Good breakfast.- There are many cafes and shops near the hotel.- The room was nice. It could be bigger, but ok:) - Bottled water, tea, kettle in the room.

- The cleaning was not that great. I requested the cleaning twice during my stay and the foot towel wasn't changed. It was just left on the floor. Also, the boxes from my deliveries were left in the room twice. - The power socket by the desk wasn't working. - It would be great if the bath gowns were offered.
