Mardy Hotel Ataturk Airport

Very good price performance!! The room was very clean, and comfortable. Close to metrobus which is good, however I don’t recommend the location so much, it’s far from the city.

Everything was awesome, staff was helpful too!

First on ground floor not good for three bed family because very dark and secondly when I applying for booking .com the said with good breakfast but after payment done cheating no breakfast nothing in family room cup or kettle no tea or coffee too

Strict Complaint Regarding Stay at Mardy Hotel (3*)My stay at Mardy Hotel was the worst experience in years. The room was provided in a completely unacceptable sanitary condition: blood and bodily fluids on the bedding, mold in the shower, dried feces in the toilet bowl, and filthy stains on the walls, floors, and ceiling. Tea and coffee stains covered the wall near the kettle, and the kettle itself was unhygienic.My first request to fix these issues was made before 4:00 p.m. — within the next 5 hours, almost nothing was done. Upon my second request, the manager chose to argue about pricing instead of addressing the problem and even suggested I leave the hotel without any refund. Only by 11:38 p.m. did three employees enter the room to finally start cleaning. This is a clear display of disrespect towards the guest and complete incompetence.Your financial difficulties or staffing problems are none of my concern. If you are incapable of providing even basic hygiene for the rates you charge, then either shut down or adjust your pricing and hire staff who know how to work.For comparison: at Comfort Point Three Hotel (1*) in the same neighborhood, I stayed 5 nights for a lower price, including breakfast, without a single issue.

Beautiful designer's hotel! Pet friendly. Huge room + wardrobe + office area with 2 chairs. Mini fridge. Huge bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Market nearby - on the same street. Helpful stuff. Tiny restaurant on the street - Toasts. Super clean! Parking included. 10 euros extra for my dog staying there.

Bad experience

The room was very hot couldn’t sleep the AC wasn’t working and the refrigerator that was in the room wasn’t working

On the last day, the hotel worker tried to charge us extra money for nothing, even though I had used the shisha twice and paid for it immediately both times. When I asked him why I had to pay extra, he started lying, claiming that I had bought chips last night and hadn’t paid for them—when in reality, I had never purchased anything from the hotel. The only good worker there was the Afghan staff member, who was really helpful to us.

Everything was just perfect!!! Definitely only staying at this hotel in Istanbul, the bed was one of the most comfortable bed, it was super clean, the staff was soo amazing, it deserves mkre than 3 stars, I've stayed at 5 in Turkey and it was not this good!

We had a problem with the temperature in the room the fist night, because of the aircon. But the second day they fixed the problem and it was lovely

Don’t waste your money

Pictures are misleading, room smelt of cat piss, carpet very dirty shower very ran down . Room tiny for a triple room

- cozy room - plenty of sunshine in 1st and 2nd floor rooms facing south/east side- staff is polite and ready to help- wifi is good- price very good for a 4 star hotel- private parking included in the hotel price

- carpet very dirty on the hallways and in some rooms (I changed 3 rooms)- a lot of dust on the frame of the windows- no direct sun on the rooms from the ground floors which are the only triple rooms- dirty kettle

Overall good. The staff were really helpful especially Ms Nigina( receptionist) who was really kind and helpful.

The room was the Fire Exit for the floor! It was an exterior door providing no sound proofing or weather proofing; you felt the breeze under the door!Taps on faucets were reversed and it took a while for hot water to flow. Other than humorous Desk Clerk, staff was sombre and noisy.

Bad experience...I have got Different room from which I have booked one first night..which is small room ..Washroom door lock broken and cupboard inside broken..Staff are not friendly..I have exchanged money from hotel first day..They have cheated by giving less money which is 300 lira less than what I can get from outside..worst thing about hotel bed ..it's just sponge bed..I have got back pain every night...I have promised restaurant inside hotel but when I have checked in its small restaurant and food is not good at all..Don't book this hotel..waste if Money 11 nights...

Hold on tight for the lowdown on a supposed 4-star "Hotel" that, in reality, deserves a big fat 0!1. Booking Drama: - An argue over lousy service led to them swiftly canceling my booking on booking.com as No Show to dodge and run away from THIS review!2. Language Chaos: - Staff struggles with basic English, and there's confusion about the hotel's star rating between themselves. The manager dismissed my concerns arrogantly and asked the other staff to send me out of the hotel.3. Room Horrors: - Filthy, incomplete room gave me a serious fungal/bacterial infection (medical proof coming your way in court). - Basic stuff missing: no bedside lights (only the wire on the wall), no mirror on top of the basin, and a broken, mold-stained wall closet. - Asked for a clean blanket just a few minutes after getting to the room. - Towels placed in a moldy closet with no designated spot in the shower.4. Breakfast Disaster: - Slapped with a 5 euro charge for a crappy breakfast. The manager with pajamas and slippers didn’t mention anything about the price or a notice that you must pay for this crappy thing! - Breakfast quality comparable to military rations in poor countries: Exactly 4 pcs dry olives (possibly from someone else's dish before me), cheap cold cut a cold boiled egg, old and cold French fries, and a slice of cheese.5. Hygiene Headache: - Refilling shampoo and shower gel containers is a potential hygiene nightmare. The staff offered a squeezed, dirty shampoo bottle after I called reception to remind them there was no shampoo in the shower. - Both containers are labeled "shower gel" with no way to tell which is which.6. Sleepless on a Crappy Mattress: - Uncomfortable memory foam mattress (maybe) with zero memory; sit on the edge, and it stays that way for days.7. Nightmare Path for Accessibility: - Wheelchair pathway with a ridiculous 45-degree angle.
