Such a careful stuff who helped us to complete the reservation without prepayment.Good full breakfast.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

as a consumer/customer if you are buying something that isn't 100% complete you would normally get a discount. here it advertised a swimming pool but it was closed but still same price, why is it only hotels do this.you wouldn't buy a bicycle with 2 wheel or no front breaks.

Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. All the facilities needed in the rooms. Nice and quiet swimming pool suitable for brief swimming. Good fitness hall. Various options for breakfast and very delicious soups served during it. Good smoking area outside the hotel.

We got the feeling that they don't wash the swimming pool towels- just let the towels dry in the sun and give them to the next guests. In our room we were hearing very clearly the shower from the room next to ours- while the guests there were using it. The night lights in the room were very few and the room felt dull during evenings.

Very safe location and close to local bus stops that are only a short ride away from the ferry terminal. Pool was small but super clean and staff were helpful in finding out extra information I needed.

Some of the room service food was a bit average for the price

The hotel is the nearest to the clinic where my mom had surgery, therefore we picked itMustafa from reception did his best to address all our issues, he is a true star.

The staff apart from Mustafa was very rood and unaccommodating. The fascilities are old and poorly maintained. The spa is closed. The breakfast is poor in choice

I can't get a stable wifi very poor internet. And in day time, the hotel has maintenance. I couldn't have any good rest. If I can I will give them negative star.

Breakfast was good.

We had a leaking pipe from the bathroom into the bedroom. It was reported to the front desk but it had not been dealt with by the time we left.

Very nice hotel, the rooms were nicely laid out and had huge windows you can slide open. The one door man was AMAZING, I'm sorry I forgot his name. He helped us out alot. The people at the counter were very helpful and courteous also! It also had nice views from our window. The hotel is connected to a bunch of gyms also, volleyball was happening and soccer.

The hotel is on a hill, but oh well... not really a bad thing for us but it may be for some people.

caring and mindful staff, the view from the room was nice, both ferry and tv tower were in walking distance, the gym was extraordinary!!!

the Istanbul typical cigarette smoke unfortunately did not skip the hotel.

The breakfast was a spread of variety of fruits , pastries and protein. There was something for everyone no matter how picky you are.

It has a nice sea view with a half wall window openings

The AC was faulty while the weather was hot. No care by the staff and they didn’t offer to change the room since the hotel was full and when I requested to refund they didn’t accept.

Good location with shops near by. Gym was excellent but sauna/spa not working

Oh, Let’s start.first of all i’ve been booked that hotel because they have a pool, sauna and gym facilities. If i’m not wrong the second photo when you look on the profile is the pool.they’re trying to trick the people with that pool.The pool is CLOSED and no one said anything about it, not on booking,not on the email, not on anywhere!!!The problem is you can’t even cancel it, coz they’ll take the full amount of money anyway.So another things about facilities, SAUNA Is it closed for ever( that’s what the people on reception telling me), so why are you keeping photo with it?

I only liked that it was in proximity of institution for kids with special needs, as this was purpose of the trip.

That breakfast was same from day to day with very poor choice. Sometimes it appeared like they served left overs (made something of them). Turkish cuisine is fantastic its sad that they did not have anything from it. Showers were inconvenient in suit, as if you are travelling with kids that need help, you literally need to get in Bath with them.

Very clean large comfortable rooms.

Pool and terrace was closed and this wasn't mentioned when we booked
