Great stuff and location no doubt ?

Room, bathtub ,floors even faucets need a good cleaning

Reception was friendly so muchPrice for the services was more than I expected. The position was good for me near to every things i need.

Check in at the hotel very quick. Room was very clean and nice. It reached my expectation.

Excellent and very helpful personnel. Especially would like to thank you Mr. Gercek for his kind assistance for the room. I will highly recommend Aura Marina Hotel for the great location and very polite staff.

the location was perfect it was very close to the metro station and the sea . also, the location had a lot of facilities, the room was big and comfortable to stay in.

the cleaning of the staff was not as it should be, the breakfast is not included, in the frontal view of the hotel was vacant dirty land and it was visually unpleasant

It was close to shops, restaurants and pier.

I reserved a bottle of champagne and fruit salad bowl to be waiting at my room at arrival but at check-in 4am the morning I was told they don’t do room service. The first time I experienced this. Even though I chatted with with one of their staff through bookings.com and they never told me I couldn’t do this. There’s one person, older that doesn’t speak English well and he appeared very rude. He wanted me to tap my card to the booking and it didn’t go through because the bank doesn’t allow payment taps over €50. He threw my card back saying I was wrong. Instead of its not working. I explained that it had to be inserted in the machine. Iron supposedly broke and we we left with no iron for half of our stay. Were told to breakfast is serve in rooms but the next morning a very nice young man working in kitchen said he could. Had to pay first for breakfast before it can be served so it was no point asking for room service when I had to go downstairs to go pay anyways.

The bed was comfortable

The location although busy but is giving downtown vibes and difficult to access by taxi Next to a busy highway and that makes it noisy Wifi is so bad we went for 2 days without Wifi My room was not cleaned everyday unless I asked them toI tried their breakfast once it was so substandard If you are a non smoker like me you will be so suffocated like I was as all the rooms are like smoking roomsThis place feels more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel really You misplace or loose your room key you will have to pay for it unlike any hotel I’ve ever been toMy stay here was not pleasant at all I was really disappointed, very different from what you see on pictures

Staff were nice. Room was nice and clean but not the shower area. Bed was very comfy, air conditioning was very good and ample light in the room. Location is nice and there are lots of nice places to eat and shop from.

Mould inside the shower inclosure. Fridge in the room was broken and the staff initially said it will work if we open the cabinet door but when we tried it didn't work so called the staff and they tried all kind of tricks to make it work but it was broken in-fact.

Breakfast wasn’t good also they didn’t had beverages and long time waiting if you ordered something

every thing .. the AC can work when you leave the room .. there are extra blankets and bathrobes the room space was very good.there’s a few markets around the hotel.

Amazing location with amazing view. Cleanness and friendly staff especially the receptionist Zainab who was very helpful and offered a lot of help and support.

Window frame handle was brocken so window was open all the night.

It worth it is money

The train station is close to the hotel which makes it easy to reach other parts of the city. There are many shops and restaurants around with reasonable prices.

Sometimes there is a bad smoking smell comimg from other rooms/floors probably through HVAC system. Wi-Fi in the room where I stayed was terrible, switching on and off all the time.

I liked the staff, peaceful, no troubles. Washroom cleaned, room cleaned. Netflix, bed all good

This is a minor thing. Room lights were a bit of bored. I wish, If it had a night bulb as well.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was very close access to public transportation and stores.

We asked for non smoking and the room still smelled like a smoking room. The people smoke everywhere in the hotel. it was hard to sleep with the smoke smell. The cleaning staff would clean our room and would take any bags without making sure that they were empty. We lost some valuables because of it. We cannot control our air conditioning because they stated it’s central so we had to open the window to get some cool air and it was very loud at night with the window open. We asked for extra towels all the time and we never received them.

The best thing about this hotel is it’s staff. Helpful, friendly. One reception guy ran out on a pouring rain to help me with a bag. Maybe in summer time the hotel looks more cheerful.

Location, it’s surrounded by dark, narrow streets and a construction site. A room is newly reconstructed, but sad (grey, cold light).

the owner of the hotel or he could be the manager he was sitting in the reception all time and he was giving a strange and suspicious looks to the hotel guest .. we was feeling guilty

Outstanding hotel, beach view renovated with new and clean furniture,cozy reception and a very friendly welcoming staff specially ferhad ,salih and zeinab they are a blessing! At first was very suspicious that there a few reviews,but turned out that the hotel is new to booking;so definitely worth the try. They upgraded our room to a jacuzzi room and gave us a very late check out to match our flight time.Location is perfect,a street away from a shopping centre similar to taksim one and easy acces to all means of transportation. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time . Thank you for everything ❤
