the air condition was not working effectively. not working great. I stayed for 3 days, 2 day my door key card did not work, I had to go the reception two times and it was not solved, they needed to give me their own spare key cardI stayed for three days and they did not change the sheets or even come in to tidy up the room. As I did not use the room a lot, it was not a big problem for me but this is not normal. Every day they need to visit, tidy up the room and they need to change the sheets every second day I believe. the breakfast items were not very well quality

The room was clean and specious enough. It is a very basic hotelroom.

Every now and then there was smell of cigarette in the room which was very unpleasant. There is no coffee machine in the room. The mattress was too hard for me.

Everything I needed at a reasonable price. I didn't have breakfast so I don't know about that. The location was good for getting to Das Das where I was attending an event. If you want to travel to any tourist attractions though, it is FAR.

The location has 24/7 reception and is very close to well-known medical centers.

The venue does not have parking. Although there is free and paid parking nearby, there are unfriendly dogs patrolling after dark.The room was generally very clean. However, the bathroom fittings were old.I arrived after midnight. The hotel has a non-smoking policy, but my room smelled as if someone had smoked in it all day.

The reception staff were very polite and friendly, called a taxi for me and gave me some information and advice. They even checked me in 2 hours before the check in time, as I arrived earlier than expected. The hotel and rooms are spacious and look very modern and luxurious. I definitely recommend!

I liked the location

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was dust and even socks left under the couch! I also found kids’ snacks on the top shelf inside the wardrobe. The pillows were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s rest. To make things worse, police officers knocked on the door repeatedly early in the morning, looking for someone. This scared my kids, waking them up and leaving them frightened.

the guy from reception with a taxi driver tried to cheat me saying that metro is not working and I should go buy taxi to the airport but when I came to metro to check everything worked

Total waste of money in all aspects. Not worth my time writing reviewtoilets block all the time, rooms aren't clean, restaurant and food servie is pathetic.

Location was very good. Accessible from SAW by a half-hour metro ride. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. I did not have breakfast since it was extra but it wasn't super overpriced. The staff were helpful. Overall decent price-to-value rate.

Nothing to dislike, just a basic three star hotel. No bells and whistles but not bad. The AC was a bit loud but nothing too bad.

Staff were super helpful and friendly especially as I had surgery and they made my living accommodation very easy and comfortable during the stay. Room service was provided and food was great. Most staff spoke English which was pleasant.

Cleanliness of the accommodation could’ve been a little better and the facilities such as entertainment was lacking.

It was not as clean as it should have been. The staff in the restaurant didn’t speak English and could not understand. Tried ordering coffee with milk and only after speaking to reception it was available. The reception staff are very, very nice.The window in our room was broken and had to ask 3 times to get it fixed or find any solution since it was extremely hot in the room and the AC was still on winter mode.

There was no assistance with luggage, early check-in was not available, and the air conditioning did not work. They did offer double beds. The fridge had a puddle of water inside and I can only gather this could possibly be sure to the excessive temperature of heat in the room.

Also, in my opinion, the location was not the easiest to navigate if trying to catch a taxi.

I booked the Hotel specially because it was rated very good for breakfast. There were limited hot food items and all the hot food items were just slightly warm! Very disappointing.

Great location, if you need to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. Everything was clean, and the room quite big with lots of natural light.

Food is good and reception workers are good and in many cases helped with translation .Room service no extra charges.

Air conditioning should be adjustable Satellite should be programmed better but you can do it ur self,mini bar should be top up daily,rooms are sound prove but gap under the door defeats the Objective ,use towels under the door to reduce noise in & out!
