Taksim Trust Hotel

Everything and everyone was exceptionally amazing! The location and the staff was the best! I would definitely stay here again!!! The manager, the reception, the housekeeper, even the boss is very helpful and friendly!!

Actually there was nothing that I didn’t like except that there was maintenance working going on at one the buildings next to us, directly by our window! So during the daytime 9-17 there was some much noise that we couldn’t hear ourselves, but after 17 was perfect! This was off no fault of the hotel but I have to mention it because I think this maintenance would be going on for a while!!

Just location was good

The shower head fall off when having a shower, very tiny shower, TV wasn't working we asked lots of times to fix it but no one did. The safe was not working we asked many times to fix it but no one did, lots of bugs inside apartment, very noisy all night until morning,

the stuff perfect all of them Specially Tubga , Murat and there is also another one but can’t remember his name .

Nuthing but it’s a cozy hotel

The location of the hotel is suitable for a tourist. It's near Istiklal street, without any uphills. The Wifi was almost good; there was a wifi on each floor.The hotel's location is also near the Havaist buses, which you can take to the airports.

The hotel elevator is located on the 1st floor, meaning you should move your baggage up from stairs for one floor, and after that, you can use the elevator, which only has a room for one person! I should say that you can ask reception to help you with the baggage to the 1st floor.There were not enough shampoos, slippers, and towels.Also, the bathroom was not so clean.

- The location is good, but the reception and collaboration is not good at all.- They has internal elevator

- Rejecting my credit card and pushing me to pay in cash as they don't want booking to get fees from the,- Asking for higher fees not like what was mentioned in the booking.- This was not only my problem. I met another 2 gusts there who have the same problem.- The person in the reception is always sharing policy and whenever we need to discuss anything, always mention it's a manager/owner policy.- Everything need to be done from your side. They are not helpful- Rooms are tight, if you will book, make sure to get a large room.

Staff was very cooperative. Thank you Miss Toba and Mr. Rasool for your guidence and help. Will must recommend in future.

Helpful stuff, great location: a lot of places to eat and shops around. Good internet at all locations (both lobby and in the rooms).

A single room is small, does not have a window, becomes wet after you have a shower.

Location good enough, the snacks on the street down below pretty good!Lively neighborhood. Room big enough though.A bit noisy at night, but considering how loud it can be, really not that bad.Day reception was good.

Not really clean, the bathroom particularly. If you come by car, call the reception, so that you go directly to parking: driving to the entrance is really difficult, and anyway you cannot park even for a moment to unload. Late shift receptionist did not speak English, barely managed to get directions to the Parking under the mosque (75 TL / 24h).

Perfect location! Next to bus and metro station. Very kind staff. Thank you Tugba for everything which you done for us!

Location is accessible.

I had strictly informed the reception that no one should enter my room during my stay until I request room service myself. Despite this, the staff entered my room at least twice in my absence and moved things around without actually cleaning anything (only soap replaced). The towels and bedsheets were not changed in 5 days. They threw out some of my important receipts as well. The room was not very clean and there were some mosquitos and bugs. The fridge was really dirty as well.When I complained about my missing receipts, they said we were doing room service. Then when I complained why is the room still dirty, they said you had asked us to not do room service. Haha. The safe was not working and the owner did not even apologise. He said it's my fault. Did not even acknowledge that his staff invaded my privacy multiple times. On the last day, there was no water in the bathroomWhen I complained, the staff rudely said that this isn't their fault as the water is managed by the government. The street is very loud till 4 am due to heavy traffic and clubs next door.

The location is great. A minute away from Istiklal street and less than ten to Taksim square. The personnel is very nice and helpful. Thank you! I'm definitely coming to Istanbul again.

a bit tired and shabby hotel in need of refurbishment. in general, in order to spend the night a few nights in a minute's proximity to Istiklal Street, it will do, but for this money you can find better options.

we checked in at 12 noon, but then we were asked to leave the room, because in our room the workers began to change the parquet, we returned at 16.00, but they did not finish the repair, we traveled with a small child -3 years old and explained that he wanted to sleep, but they asked to wait another hour. An hour later, after we strongly insisted on settling in, they settled us in and they were still unhappy that we wanted to check-in at 17.00.

Location is good, center of touristic region.

The room is so small and dirty. There is mold in the shower and on ceiling in the room. The hotel staff did not change our towels even though we asked. Old furniture.
