AHC Grand Bazaar Hotel

The staff and accommodations were lovely. The friendly staff helped take all of our suitcases to our room, they were understanding for every request, and the free breakfast was delicious! Room and hotel were clean as well.

It would be better if the bathroom and shower doors actually locked

Clean ,good location, great staff especially Youssra, she was so welcoming warm and kind. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices

Everything thing was perfect

Manager Arjun, and Mahmet and his team, were all exceptional in their care of me. They were a supreme help to me at every moment from the time I sustained an injury on arrival until I left four days later. They offered faultless service, As did housekeeping - wonderful support and consideration. I cannot thank them sufficiently well enough to express my full gratefulness. A hearty thanks. And, not least, the range of breakfast offerings was excellent and I loved the view from the breakfast room.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice, hot water and ammenities. Breakfast was incredible, there is a great variety of food. The receptionist staff was very helpfull. The hotel is 4 blocks away from the nearest tram station.

Improove the coffee other than that I dont think I can ask for much else.

Breakfast was varied. Lots of food to choose from. The coffee machines are one of my favorites. Location is excellent which close enough to tram station. It is close to everything like shops and restaurants and all the point of interests like Hagia Sofia and the Blue mosque.Front desk people are nice especially to Yousa and Effa. The dinner cruise they’ve recommended was excellent. Don’t miss it guys. It was fun. Thank you.

Terrible. I booked for one night, but the hotel charged me for two and I never received the refund

Personally I was not stay in that hotel but I ask my guest how they feel in that hotel. They says very near to Taksim square, restaurant and other shops where you get the sim was nearby. In this budget it’s better choice.

Room size little small but most of hotel in this area and in this budget good.

Yousla the receptionist is the most wonderful person in the world. She serve with a big smile and a good heart. She should get a promotion and more pay. She is best for this very nice hotel. Thumbs up. Chee and Pat Chen.

Nothing????

Perfect location, nice friendly staff, clean and spacious room

All was fine.

Location near all the attraction points. 5 minutes walk from Metro and tram.Staff- Super friendly . Happy to help

Room in general. Bathroom was very small and the sink was just inside the room at the entrance. No towel holder in the shower but in the toilet room.Noisy from outside.Breakfast needs improvement. Especially for coffee which has a very bad taste.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was tasty, and the location was perfect. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, especially Yousra, who was always available and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Very satisfied! Very friendly staff! They were very accomodating for every request we had. Great location, just few minutes away from T1 tram line, that takes you everywhere in city. Breakfast was very good, and they had big variety of food every day. View from breakfast room was spectacular, overlooking see and ships. They gave us a room overloking the sea (same as breakfast room), it was amazing. We could see the ships in sea from the bed. Very nice experiance! Recommend.

The room was small but for the price I’ve paid I can’t complain. The only thing that will say is the hotel provide you a taxi and a 230 TL journey they said due to the fact that I’ve booked it through the hotel they charged me double.

We are particularly satisfied with the service and with the staff who were very pleasant, from the reception, to the waitresses at breakfast and to the housekeepers. We remembered one girl's name, Yousra, all praise for her, always smiling, dedicated, helpful.

There is not a single thing that I could mention that we did not like.

Staff was great, patient and helpful!

Hi It was one of the best hotels we chose for our travels. The breakfast they give was amazing and staff is helpful for anything we ask for. Yousra was very friendly with us and made sure she greets us every morning when we arrive at the breakfast area. She helped us with lot of information. Facility is really good and it’s close to many iconic places. Walking distance to grand bazar, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque. And the Tram line is just 50 meters away. Restaurants are all around.Overall stay was wonderful Thanks

very close to the good tourist spots and locations in istanbul, only 10 minutes walk to the blue mosque and grand bazaarplace has great breakfast

booked the hotel transfer from the airport and regretted it. it was more expensive (like 40% more) than what you can see online but chose it for security and ease. however, no instructions were given on how to find the driver despite the transfer being confirmed a week prior to the trip. had to use our mobile roaming just to have a phone call to the hotel since their whatsapp is only available for certain hours. all in all, better to book online with airportstaxitransfers.com

Close to all the attractions like grand bazaar, blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and the basilica cistern.

Really nice helpful staff, great location and good value for money. The free breakfast was also lovely !

Not much !

Really nice, friendly, polite staff, good breakfast with sea view. Very good location with 20 min walking to main touristic attractions.

Rooms need some repair and especially bathrooms. Bathroom was very small.
