Empire Suite Hotel

The staff was amazing. He was so helpful and welcoming. Also great was the central location of the hotel.

Nothing! We got the room uncleaned! We found the some hairs on the sink. When we asked them about that they said maybe we did not clean it we will clean it tomorrow! What an answer!!!!

Everything is bad except the location.

The location and the staff

Booking Said Taxi & Breakfast included but it was lie the hotel was not aware of that

IT NEAR TO PLACES

THERE IS NO PLACE FOR WHEELCHAIR IN THIS HOTLEL. LIFT SPACE IS VERY SMART.

The location was excellent. It is close to all the restaurants, sightseeing and transportation services. The room was spacious. Also, the staff from receptionist to the cleaners were very friendly and supportive. I would definitely book this place again.

The view was the window of the hotel next to us. This did not seem to be a problem for us as we were out all the time.

Great location. Just across the street from the Tram Station. Many restaurants, cafes and pharmacies around the hotel. Also located within walking distance of some of the main attractions in Istanbul. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious with very, clean comfy beds. We stayed for 3 days and they changed the towels daily and cleaned the room as well.

The area can get quite busy.

The hotel has a very good location, next to the tram station and with good shopping areas (Sirkeci train station area). The hotel has a spacious reception room. The staff is very friendly and polite. The room is beautifully decorated, the bed is very comfortable. The cleanliness is very good. The hotel collaborates with the MADO restaurant, which offers a 20% discount for breakfast (which is excellent).

Although the bathroom is quite large, I would have liked a flexible shower. The fan didn't work, and the faucet pipe at the sink didn't have a screen, causing splashes.

Location excellent

Wi-Fi didn’t work, room and bathroom in need of decoration

The rooms in the family suite were spacious, and the double bed was huge and comfortable. We had a mini fridge with bottled water and a good selection of tea bags and coffee. Another great thing about the property was its quiet atmosphere—there was no noise from outside, despite being just opposite the metro station and surrounded by shops. The room was air-conditioned, and we could adjust the thermostat.

No breakfast. The sink was blocked on the first day but it was fixed the following day then on the second day evening there was no hot water but was fixed by 11 am the following day. Nothing major.

The hotel is very good at great location which is close to everything, eminonu , sirkeci train station, resturants and the mosque..It was very clean, the staff were amazing and helpful, the breakfast was very good at Mado resturant..Everything was good, i recommend this hotels..It has family atmosphere..

All was good staff,cleaning,location.

Every thing was good,stuff,cleaning,location.

The room were big and clean

There were only 1 window facing a wall thatvwas like 2m away so no kind of natural light

very close to tramway, metro, ferry

bath room tub needs to be fix

My room has a beautiful view of the Bosphorous strait. The location of hotel is good, close to major transportations. A/c worked well, efficiently & smoothly. Shower pressure was good. Staff was very nice and helpful especially the manager Ramazan.

Housekeeping didn’t really do a good job of cleaning the room.

Large room with 3 requested twin beds. Large buffet breakfast included in hotel partner cafe. Easy arrangement for hotel shuttle to airport upon departing. Friendly helpful staff in both locations.

Location is the best in Istanbul !!Everything, Everyone in the hotel were amazing. Very helpful and respectful Staff , especially Muhammad , Bashar and Masum , they helped us alot during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast were served at Mado Restaurant and it was delicious with plenty foods and beverages. The hotel is exactly opposite to Sirkeci tram stop and Sirkeci Marmaray Station which give you access to almost all the city. There are many famous restaurants and sweets nearby hotel. The hotel is also less than 10 min walking to Eminonu Ferryboat Station ( you can go to Bursa , Uskudar , Princess Islands , Besiktas , Bosphorus Tour .. etc by using boats with reasonable cheap price). The hotel is also less than 15min walking away from Spice Bazar ( Egyptian Bazar ), Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia , Yerebettan ( Basilica Cistern ) …. Really Its more than a 3 Star Hotel, very safe area and great for Family stays also.

Very good location - perhaps perfect for tourists. Right beside a tram stop but noise was never an issue. Walking distance to food stops, shopping, spice bazaar and fish restos along bosphorus.

Bidet was odd. Shower had no door - water goes everywhere. Pillow was too big/high/stiff.

Hotel was amazing, clean big rooms and excellent hotel staff very friendly and helpful excellent service,

Nothing was perfect
