Good value for money overnight transfer stay. Clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty of local food, bread, cheese, tea & coffee. Very happy with our stay there. Nothing really to complain about. Fairly near the Metro network so we selected this hotel for our 22hr transfer rather than stay in the airport. Big shopping center near by too.

Not a great selection of western TV channels available, but that appears to be common in hotels in this budget. I guess most folk just use their mobile devices. Be good if the TV could be used for streaming to from your device. Might have to bring my own HDMI dongle next time.

The room was clean, the location was very convenient, and the prices were reasonable for the area.

The Staff, including Mstafa and the dedicated , ever happy Chef and room support services were very professional and humanly good. I have extended my stay for another 5 days!

The cost of drinks at the counter is extremely prohibitive. Reduce the cost to make the restaurant active.

Easy access to public transport. Excellent breakfast and they provide us a dedicated room for our kid.

Stayed here for a few days and had a great experience. The room was clean, cozy, and stylish, with a decent view from the window. Wi-Fi worked well, which was a big plus. Housekeeping was done daily, and they restocked water, tea, and coffee. The location is great. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The only thing we think the hotel could improve is adding safes in the bedrooms.

I love staying at Titanic Comfort, it is clean, convenient and comfortable. The staff are professional, pleasant and helpful. I will pick this hotel again if I go back for visit.

The staff is friendly and so responsive for any issue you could face with the accommodation, and the location on the hotel is one street away from all you need.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for disability people

The breakfast was nice but always have the same options everyday so it is a bit boring have the same for 8 days

1) The internet was very very very bad (disconnecting many times during the day and very very slow and you can check with the staff on how many times am calling them everyday regarding the same issue and again no solution) and the staff told me that it is the same around the whole of Istanbul but my client and some of other colleagues were staying in Holiday Inn hotel and the internet speed there (i checked myself) was very fast so in my hotel (Titanic) i was mostly using my roaming internet to finish my work.2) I changed two rooms because of the air conditioner that was almost not working (I changed rooms L05 & L06)3) i was in room 503 and the clothes closet was very small (it was around 50 cm width.4) the staff level of English is very poor and that shouldn't be the case for hotel category as am assuming that they are getting lots and lots of visitors.

Great value for money. Quiet location. Great location. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Superior rooms are of a decent size, quite spacious.

No dinner services at the hotel

The location of the hotel is central; close to many small restaurants, shopping, and Taksim Square. Nice walking areas around, we found a nice park and walked to Dolmabahce Palace. The staff was friendly and helpful. What I preferred was the quietness of the area. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Istanbul.

Excellent location, you do sleep really well because located brilliant area . Close to shops and metro . Third time stay and excellent staff . Very good breakfast. Highly recommended for solo and couples.

Location and staff

I was unable to come on Day1 due to a blizzard, however I did not receive a refund The room smelled of cigarette smoke

To start off the hotel itself is very clean the rooms is spacious and the staff is super friendly and helpful,the location of the hotel is very good you have the metro station is very close and you have alot off close stores for shopping and food,highly recommended
