Hotel Arinna

The staff are unfriendly. Even with a translator app, they do not want to communicate. They are unhelpful, for example, you ask for a cup, so that you can use the kettle in your room, but they have no cups and will not source any. They don't care.

Stuff were good and collaborated , room is clean and there is a kettle and iron

Location You need to walk up to reach the main street

Pleasant

It was very dark and cold room. The window didn’t provide any light as it was opened onto a dark, built-up space full of garbage. Generally a dump place.

Nightmare… no hot water… no point of contact… mouldy room and bathroom wasn’t working. No cleaning

Room and bathroom mouldy …No room clean or bedding changing for all stay.No point of contact .Hot water in bathroom wasn’t working on multiple occasions during stay.Overall it was a nightmare.

Never had a chance to stay nobody opened the door

The fact that I waited for more than an hour outside in the snow with my pregnant wife and nobody answered until I decided to leave for another hotel

Room was comfortable

The check in was very difficult. They email before to say they will be there in 5 mins from when you message them, however, I was waiting around half an hour in a pretty dodgy secluded area. You’re then taken away from there and checked in somewhere else which takes a long while. The staff were pretty rude also. When I finally got to a room, it was ok, but the shower was smashed up. The room was also very noisy.

Room was fine. You get what you pay for so can't moan really.

I was there for 2 weeks and the room wasn't cleaned once. I sent a text asking for clean bedding and the person didnt work there. When i arrived at the hotel i contacted them and noone came for a hour to let me in..

Locatios is good

The booking photos are not the reality of the room, The room had a strong smell of humidity, the shower was broken and was not suitable for bathing, had fungus and were rusted all parts of the bathroom, the wall had fungus and this generated the strong smell, the first night I arrived no one answered my call, so I had to look for another hotel.

Good location and price

The check-in started at 2pm, but the host didn’t reply my messages. There is not reception, so we have to wait outside for around 2 hours. The place was good and comfortable.

I have many pictures of the place, it is dirty, there is no air conditioning, the bed has many blood spots and the pillows also, and the bathroom smells dirty

It is not suitable to be a hotel.

Nothing! Everything was miserable

Everything was a disaster! I left after the check in, which was made on another address, somewhere on a street

“I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The bedding and towels felt dirty and unwashed, the bathroom was disgustingly filthy, and I felt repulsed even using it to shower. The surroundings were disgusting. The only positive aspect is its proximity to the event we attended. As for the staff, I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior. They were completely uninterested in guest feedback and incredibly rude, often responding to our complaints with sarcasm and mockery. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

Bathroom

Staff was good and friendly. They accommodated our luggage after check out time. Arranged taxi at check out. Location was nice woth all amenities nearby.

Location provided in email was not correct. It took extra time to find the Taxim no 1 suites and made taxi driver annoyed.

WORSE IS IMPOSSIBLE

When we arrived to the place none there was no one there. We call the host as agreed before, but none answer the call, neither the messages. We could not get into the room, as it was impossible to reach the host and we had to book another hotel for the night. We are still waiting for their response. Apart from that, the location is in a place full of dirt and that it is not recommended for any tourist.

The room we originally purchased was budget standard was not for us just too small & ac wasn’t working but we spoke to owner if we can upgrade we paid extra 10eueo per night & it was absolutely worth every penny the room we were upgraded to was much more spacious the ac worked wonderfully plus the size of the toilet was great too I really enjoyed my stay in hotel arinna will be rebooking for next holiday & the location was just PERFECT near to literally everything all the sight seeings the bazaars many food places list goes on I personally loved my hotel stay

Nothing?! The position of the hotel is perfect.

Nothing like the pictures, very very very small room and very very smelly. Mold on the walls, not breathable and the sheets were dirty. But the positions of the hotel is very good for this price.

PositiveCheap accomodation. Comfortable bed. The area was close to most attractions reached by walking, metro, bus, ships etc. Variety of restaurant & shop for all budgets. A kettle was provided, but no cups, mugs spoons nothing. Yahoo Mail: Search, Organize, Conquer

Negitive Arinna hotelThe bedroom area was so small it was difficult to get into bed from the sides, but it was clean enough. The TV didn't work & after writing numourous messages (all week) to the man responsible who had repeatedly promised to get it fixed, however he did not bother. The bathroom was full of black damp (which we only noticed with specks) the floor was filthy dirty & the toilet was so badly stained that we couldn't removed it with no chemicals(it looked & is terribly unhygienic ) & the room smelt of sewage & damp especially over night. We would definitely not recommend this accommodation. I liked the decorations of the room.

The building is old and there are unpleasant odors in the corridors.

The staff communication was good.

The bathroom was not cleaned before check in. The floor, toilet seat and shower was not cleaned.Even if you sell your room at an affordable price, you cannot neglect the cleaning side, isn't it?!It was hard to reach the hotel site because it is located on a high hill with narrow ways.
