    • Perfect locationVery nice staff

    Cons -

    • we make reservation as per mention in Booking that's have balcony , but we surprised that's our room no balcony. we change room two time . View its very poor . room doors frames are very old & all broken . its old facilities Doors walls . & There are many insects & Ans . Anse's bite my kids . & Have Drainage Problem . we change two rooms & drainage problem same because its old building & old drainage system .
    • Hair dryer makes weird sounds like it is going to explode or something and on top of that, if your hair takes a bit longer to dry I recommend doing it from one take, as when I was doing a blowout it didn't want to restart for a while.. maybe it overheated..?Water in the sink takes eternity to leave, so keep that in mind as well.Water takes long to heat, and the boiler as well seems to be smaller then usual ones in hotels. So forget showering after hanging out in the city. All of the things above are okay, but the reason for the bad review from my side is this: our room had no window. To be exact - there is a brick wall ~half a meter away from the window. Natural light doesn't exist so prepare for feeling tired even after 10h of sleeping. We did see some other rooms on 4th floor and they do have windows but if you get a room 502 good luck. If the staff told us about it, we would pick other place for sure.Additional info: there is no elevator and stairs are tight and high so be careful carrying your luggage to some of the 4 floors. Also, if you want to book a twin bedroom, in our room thr beds were put next to each other so there is an uncomfortable gap in between. Parking - they own a small spot where up to 4 cars can park. There is a construction work around so prepare to get all sorts of dirt on your car.Staff - lack of answeing on booking. Misleading information (window and elevator).
    • You can taste the dust in your mouth, from the bed and the curtains, Sheets and towels with blood stinks, Bad housekeeping, even with their visit, the bathroom sink is super dirty, beds is a miss, and the glass mugs left without cleaning or replacing,You can see how old are the pillow cases, makes you don’t want to put your face on it,And finally, the doors needs to be maintained, no door close as it should be,it only closes after some tricks and moves, and you have to do something to isolate the rooms from each other, you can hear the next room like your in the same room,

The staff are very friendly, to be honest the two staff are good, the Sudanese guy and the Turkish guy. They help you with anything you need and provide comfort. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning system works perfectly. The hotel is close to the markets and close to Hagia Sophia. You will not have any problems with the hotel.

Located very close to Istanbul Yenikapi ferry boat harbor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasteful breakfast.

Room was not as clean as we would have liked.

The place was amazing. It was close to transportation also the staff were amazing, especially Sadik . He was very helpful. He never hesitated to offer help ?

    8CristianPosted on: 3-31-2025

Value for money, in the case of this hotel. Close to the city center, but in the meantime placed on a small and quiet street. Was able to park nearby.

    Nothing in particular.

The cleanness of the room is what we like about the hotel. One of us has sensitive skin. The cleanness (bed, room, towel, etc) is the key for a nice resting for us

    6NasPosted on: 3-7-2025

Location is near transportation,Room is clean& property. But it’s small and cosy. Except SADEK a night staff person the others are real oblivious to customers and very impolite ( the worst I came across ) very uncomfortable discomforting visages. Feels you unwelcome and unease. In addition to mediocre English or other Languages.

Free coffee, helpful stuff and great location!

The room was pretty cold and photos is a mess, lots photos of different rooms combined together, we got not the best one of them. Also there was a sink leakage in bathroom

    Very poor

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my stay. The room had a hole in the door, which allowed visibility into the room from outside. I also had trouble finding the room as the staff didn’t provide clear directions, and I ended up getting lost, navigating multiple stairs before returning to reception. I was then informed the room was in a separate building, and I had to carry my bags up again. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant smell. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

    Only location nothing else.

Cleanliness, no lift, ac not working, heater not working

    3NabeelPosted on: 12-2-2024

    Nothing to like except location

Toilet water Leakage from ceiling from other floor seeping into my room toilet. No hot water. Flush button broken.TV broken.AC broken. No lift.Electric Sockets not working. Dirty water kettle.

    8ApostolosPosted on: 11-20-2024

The staff was very helpful and flexible with my needs. I'm grateful. The location was convenient for Yenikapi stations, a junction of several lines.

The level of English is too basic. There are still works goong on in the area. No working table in my room.

    7MazharPosted on: 10-20-2024

Staff were quite helpful. Location was not bad as there are good connections for Tram, buses and ferries.

No lift and stairs are quite steep. We were not told that there was a music festival during our dates in August and it was really noisy from about 2pm till 9pm. Breakfast was just basic. Our sink had worms which appeared from the drain into the sink on the first day when we ran the sink tap. Payment was not refundable if we wanted to cancel even on the same day of booking.

    7BekhzodPosted on: 10-8-2024

Hotel staff were good. Cleaning and fixing beds everyday.

Bed sheets need to be replaced with new ones. Pillow covers were with stains of dog foot print. Not family place people drinking alcohol if someone smoke whole building will be cigarette smell.

    Everything was great

Our first time coming here, and we're definitely coming back. Here's more info:If you're using public transport, this (Yenikapi area) is the best place in Istanbul, hands down. You have access to any and all public transport options (metro, train, tram, bus, marmaray, all start or go through here) and can get to the center in less than 20 minutes no matter where you're going. The area around the hotel is amazing, super close to some pretty fancy places but also incredible atmosphere if you want to explore the markets of Istanbul. For anyone coming to Istanbul to explore as much as possible within a short period of time, this is the place to be.It's a 15 minute walk to Vefa and a whole new area of the city that has parks, walkways and incredible places to eat and enjoy your time here.Besides, for anyone looking to find their way through Istanbul - download Moovit!!! Amazing app that saved our trip.On top of all that, the local prices of food are more accommodating and will not burn through your pocket just to get a bite.Back to the hotel - the staff is absolutely incredible and they will accommodate any of the needs you have. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved within 15 minutes, no questions asked, no fuss. It's a small place run by a small staff size, but the way they act is absolutely incredible.
