Unpleasant security staff , room furniture in bad shape . Hotel does not allow food & beverages from out side .

Nice rooms, comfy bed & bath, very nice pool/spa area and high quality food (breakfast buffet and room service). Although it is a little far from Sultanahmet, the tram station is right in front for fast access into Old Town within 10 minutes.

Beware of their "Special Packages". We purchased a package including: Welcome Drink in Lounge, Public Transit Card, and VIP treatment (bathrobes, etc.), but the front desk did not honor these, even though we had the paperwork in hand.

Although I have stayed at your hotel three times before and had good experiences, I was disappointed to notice a clear decline in the overall standard during this visit.The furniture was very old, and the maintenance of the air conditioning and water temperature was not comfortable, which affected the quality of my stay

It's clean and the location is convenient.

The pillows and bed are not very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is overpriced for what it offers.

That was a nice big hotel, good location, very good breakfast.

Every day I had to ask for water, toothbrush, toothpaste even shampoo! I expected to find them without asking in a 5 stars hotel!

Good location within the old city limits, tram station directly in front of the hotel, retro look. Helpful, patient, and friendly staff—I saw them handling utterly disrespectful and irresponsible customers with utmost patience and professionalism. Breakfast with a lot of choices in the morning.

The hotel feels run-down and in terrible shape for what it used to be. The rooms are in pretty rough condition.

The hotel is quite old but well maintained. All the facilities are maintained and functional. The room we got was on the back side (no view just odd buildings) was spacious and quite. The room has a terrace / balcony but don't know for some reason the access to it was blocked. The beds were comfortable, wash room was with bath tub and well maintained. The location is on the European side of Istanbul but is not a walking distance to any prominent landmark or shopping area. Either one has to take a tram (right in front of the hotel) or taxi. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet has every thing one can imagine from fresh fruits, salad, juices to hot items, breads, pastries. The breakfast space was quite big and never faced any issue whenever we went there. Staff was super efficient in removing used plates and refilling the breakfast items.

it is not really dislike but our stay there will be more enjoyable if we have access to the terrace.

The proximity of transport.

I had to ask for hygiene items every time. The room was poorly cleaned. Bathrobes were only brought to the room after we requested them, even though this is a 5-star hotel. Some food items were missing from the refrigerator.

It was a pretty nice stay at eresin hotel The staff ,the decoration and the cleanliness is beautiful and fantastic

Hotel was great value for price. Clean, comfortable, excellent location. easy to access sights via Tram. Breakfast was exceptional.

It was very old hotel not 5 star hotel 3 .

The staff are very friendly specifically those in the reception. I arrived early the check in time around 8:00 and there is one I forgot her name helped me to get my room ready, which I highly appreciate her efforts and cares. Also, I don’t forget Habeeb as well for his kind support. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Location which is right on the tram station, about 10-15 minutes away from main tourist spots. Close to a park as well for children.

Seemingly outdated ambiance and interiors. The room furniture. Especially the bathroom which looked very outdated. Most of the staff were not conversant in English.

The water when take shower be cold for 10 seconds and then be hot for 10 seconds ?In breakfast, why eyes egg and omelette take extra money!!!!! Was so wired! , you are 5 star should be flexible in it

This is my third time stayed in Istanbul, I love the place, comfortable, convenient, the staffs are very friendly. Highly appreciated Emr - who works at reception, and the manager for restaurant - the one who is always for breakfast, he is ammzing

Breakfast & room conditioning was poor

The location is great, access to public transit within 3 min walk. It was clean hotel with amazing staff. Their breakfast was also great! Most of the major attractions are within 20 mins.
