Excellent location. Great value.

Bathrooms are just ok. Breakfast was not very varied

- I liked that we were close to many shops, it was easy to buy necessities.- I liked the view of the city and that the Laleli Mosque is nearby, which was beautiful to look at and pray in.-I liked that there was breakfast every morning which kept me well fueled for the morning

- Place wasn't very clean.-There was a bad smell in our bathroom that lasted the entire duration of our stay in that room, and staff couldn't do anything about it, saying that it is due to the winter.

Bad place I will not visit this hotel again

location is great - some 50 steps from the tramp station. small rooms but seemed a good hotel for individual travellers. very helpful receptionist and a helper boy - Abrahim. Definitely value for money ...

No electric kettle was a put off. Alongside, while leaving late night, I had to carry the luggage via staircase. Breakfast was very average.

The lstaff is very helpful snd kind , location is very good and breskfast was excellent.

The room was with window looking at small inner space, not to the street..

Еverything was exellent- the kind staff attitude, the breakfast, the location, the room was confortable- there was only 1 thing which did not fit to me- the room was inthe basement, but this did not destroy my nice experience:))

i do not recommend this hotel ....

I was making a room reservation and the hotel staff tried to put me in the basement on a higher floor only. I booked a room with a window and tried to accommodate me in four walls with no air access, no window. When I asked for the room I had booked, my money was refunded and in the middle of the night I was asked to leave the hotel. As Istanbul is not a safe city, I had to go to the airport and spend the night there. That's it and that's it

Very close proximity to everything (Grand Bazaar, Aya Sophia and Blue Mosque) and minutes walk to the metro station which will take you to major areas in Istanbul. Food was ok.

The room was fine for the first two days but then started to smell moldy

Room was small and tiny, the window behind the bed, I couldn't open it to refresh the room.

Breakfast was very simple. What bothered us is the humidity in the room and it smelled awful. Humidity black spots everywhere in the room. The halls were sprayed by terrible spray. The bath looks terrible and very tight and very old. The whole hotel need to be Renovated. I was tempted to go to this hotel because of the location

It is not a a great hotel. I won’t return to it again.

I met good Turkish guys at the hotels reception. They were very friendly and gentle towards me. I enjoyed my time and I say a big thank you to all of them and I miss the good breakfast and stay.

I would not come back ever again

Breakfast was aweful!!The room suddenly did not open with the card and after reporting it and after they fixed it, the same issue happened twice!!!The room was sometimes not cleanedLevel of cleaniness is not the best

Location

Some of the receptionists, the toilet smelly, rooms are noisy as they are split by gypsum board so you can hear your neighbour breathing let alone when they start to have a convo or speak on the phone

THE FOOD WAS GOOD , AND LOCATION WAS AWESOME

THE HOTEL WAS NOT THAT CLEAN , AND HAS MOLD INSIDE THE ROOM , AND ALSO THE AC WAS BROKEN , AND THE ROOM SERVICE , WAS NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE

Location is good. Minutes walk to tram, metro and taxis.

Service is below average six days having the same poor breakfast : 2 kinds of low quality pasteurized cheese and two kinds of canned ham + boiled eggs and other jams and spreads. Cleanliness in the breakfast area is bad. Non of the servers wear masks, tables and chairs are back to back without any chance of distancing, servers puts back bread slices leftovers into new baskets and serves them to other clients, had dirty spoons two days in row. One day I asked them if I can do a sandwich for the kids because they were still sleeping but they refused. Rooms super small, you can literally not walk between the bed and the wall, bathrooms deteriorated, door cards keep needed to be reset every other day… pathways always full of dirty laundry and vacuum cleaners. Emergency pathways always full of ambushes.
