Location. View from the breakfast room. Cleaning staff was prompt and attentive.

Steep incline to get to the room. Staff was not very friendly and spoke limited English. Breakfast choices were blend. Have breakfast outside at least once in order to experience a true Turkish breakfast.

First was the location, buses , Subway, tram and sea taxes was very close to move around Istanbul. Staff was very kind and attentive including the owner. I had dinner a few times at the hotel¿s restaurant and the food was delicious. Price was fair..

Towels were not sealed/packaged, which would give more confidence about cleanliness.No disposable toothbrush was provided.Some breakfast items were cold and seemed like they were from the previous day, not very fresh.

Everything was pretty good, breakfast, location is 10 minutes from the ferry which is very nice ! Room was clean. Thank you !

The tranquility and safety of the area. The breakfasts are excellent and plentiful.

Very rude staff. Did not even allow us to complete taking family pics asking for return keys. While we were checking out early.And they kept repairing the hotel and was very noisy through the day.Also curtains and beds were not good.Its a basic bed and breakfast place. Disappointing

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, not far from the hustle and bustle of Kadikoy/Moda. Really convenient for the ferries/buses/metro. Room had great views and was comfortable with a lovely spacious ensuite. Breakfast buffet was excellent with stunning views of the city from the restaurant.

There was a kettle in the room but no cups or coffee/tea. A minor complaint

It was safe, clean, with friendly staff, had a great breakfast and a bar. There was storage in the room and the shower had good water pressure. The night clerk helped us order food to be delivered and answered several of our questions. It was very helpful that he spoke English, since my Turkish was sadly lacking.

There was a blinking light on the air conditioner.

The breakfast was very rich. However many choices were remnants of past days. Still you can make careful choices and have a great breakfast. The hotel needs a thorough renovation. Rusted bathroom needs be changed. The room is good but it has only one power outlet. You need to pull off some room appliances to make way for plugging your stuff. And these power outlets are in awkward places.

The rooftop included breakfast was fantastic. The view from here was exceptional!!

Close to the ferry terminal . Nice view from restaurant.

Restaurant was not open in the evening.Hotel a bit 'jaded', could do with some refurbishing.

the hotel staff work hard and make noise during their work from 2 am to 6 am and you will lose your good night's sleep, as a result you will feel uncomfortable during the day

Convenient 3* hotel, spacious lobby, excellent breakfast spread served in rooftop room with spectacular views. Serves alcoholic drinks in lobby and small outdoor terrace. Hotel arranged good airport transport.

No bottled water provided and we were seriously overcharged for water from the minibar: 586 TL for 4 small bottles of water and 1 sweet bar. This is 100 TL for a small bottle of water while a large bottle costs 15-20 TL just a few steps away. Hotels should provide free bottled water in countries where tap water is not safe to drink. - Coffee served at breakfast was very poor quality in contrast with the rest of the breakfast.

The location is amazing, a short ferry ride to Eminonu and incredible views on the way.The buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had and the view from the restaurant area across the water is gorgeous. I thought this hotel was very good value.

The location is good, the breakfast is delicious and with a gorgeous view, the room is quite comfortable

Perhaps it's not that important, but I missed the outlets next to the bed itself

We liked the location and the stuff

The WiFi was a disaster. Had to go to the hall to answer the messages. The room is small, the TV didint work. The shower didint work properly
