be careful the regular room is for a room in the basement. IT was a room in the basement without windows unfortunately. It was rated 3.5 starts which does not make any sense. the satff will enjoy asking you for upgrade for another 40$.

I did not check in because the reservation was for four star hotels but clearly it is not even one star hotel the room they offer me was in the basement with no windows, so I canceled the reservation.

The only good thing is the location as its only 10 mins from the blue mosque walking.

Rude staff, definitely not 4 stars, more like 2stars. Room was bad, decoration old, not that clean and communal areas were not maintained. Reception area full of local kids hanging there with reception staff. Very bad.v

DO NOT PICK this hotel, the worst staff ever you can find, any one .I had given a room that no even animals can bare staying in it, it was unfinished room at the basement under ground near the storage room ! One small bed no working TV or bathroom!

The staff is hustler, not professional, not friendly and unlivably RUDE. Do not check in this hotel, they don't care about the deal that you get all they care is how much you pay. Do NOT check in this HOTEL

We stayed at Divas Hotel, and while the location was good, everything else was a disaster. The rooms were very dirty and not cleaned properly. Our friends in two other rooms faced the same issues—broken toilets that were never cleaned for four days and even bed lice in the rooms.There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the rooms. Requesting the staff to use a room freshener and it didn’t help , so we had to keep using our own perfume. The bed was too close to the toilet, making the smell even worse.Breakfast was served cold every day, which was disappointing. The only positive aspect was that the heating worked well. However, basic cleanliness is essential, and this hotel completely lacks it. I would never stay here again.

Great location, staff very helpful and friendly. We were late for breakfast but lovely lady made us massive plates and coffee with smile thank you for that!!! The bathroom definitely needs upgrading it’s the worst I have seen so far in hotels but overall the stay was ok.

We loved the location and the friendly staff. The shower took a moment to get used to, but it is a great on a budget and steps away from a charming part of Istanbul. We stayed in a family room which was perfect for us 5 people.

The shower could use renovation.

The perfect place from which to explore IstambulVery comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. The hotel is very central within easy reach of Blue mosque, Grand Bazar, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back.

The breakfast was good. The location was very good.the staff was excellent!

The room was smaller than I am accustomed. The elevator was very small. I could hear people in the next room.

Location was great, walking distance to all the major attractions.

Picture are different than reality, just update the pics to sell we don’t need to get surprised! Furniture still very old and mold every where specially in bathroom ! Electricity shut down on the 26/9 from noon till 7-8 pm only in 2 floors and when I complained to the receptionist, he was so rude and say “ There is nothing I can Do” and did not even apologize for the inconvenience!!! Never be rude with a guest that are staying without electricity ! No kettle ! No iron ! Nothing you ask for they can make it ! I would prefer pay more and stay in the same hotel I stayed previously “ Crown Plaza “ or at least 5* hotel !

The location was great. It was only a ten minute walk to the grand bazaar and tram stop. There are also great resturants near by.Also the staff were very helpful and polite.

Yousuf and Orhan was massively helpful.It’s my second stay there since may and I really enjoyed my time there.

avoid the basement rooms, although they are clean and everything. I can't see myself sleeping in a basement room.

Perfect for travellers. Close to supermarkets and great restaurants. Our room had a great view of the city as well. I would recommend staying here.
