A perfect location for visiting the most famous sites in Istanbul. The breakfast was fantastic and the spa very beautiful. Excellent massages! and a charming staff. They even celebrated my wife's birthday with a lovely cake and present!

We were a group of 3 friends and had a triple room. We were moved to larger duplex rooms which were free and was wonderful. Breakfast had a huge range of fresh foods and omelettes cooked on the spot. Staff were so helpful both in the dining room and at the reception. Liked the Shamrock Bar as so convenient to the hotel.

We overlooked the dining room for evening dinner, was not advertised, might have been an idea to have a menu in the Reception area, and we would have considered it.

We stayed at Levni Hotel Istanbul as a married couple celebrating our wedding anniversary, and our experience was outstanding. The hotel is located in an excellent area, perfect for exploring the city while still offering comfort and tranquility.The staff was extremely professional and welcoming. We would especially like to highlight Ahmad Abdo, who was very hospitable, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would also like to praise Kerim, whose kindness and friendliness added greatly to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.The thoughtful anniversary surprises were a wonderful touch and truly made our stay memorable, showing the hotel’s attention to guests and important personal moments.The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with excellent beds and impeccable hygiene. Breakfast was rich, high-quality, and delicious.We highly recommend Levni Hotel Istanbul, especially for couples looking for a special and memorable stay. 10/10.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is great. Walkable to most things or easy access to the metro or tram to reach other areas of the city.

Our stay at this hotel was for 4 nights. They avoided my special request of a quiet room and placed us in a corner room right across from a building on the main street that was undergoing construction work with loud banging and repeated honking car horn every so many minutes in the evenings through midnight and from the mosque that woke us up at 6:30am from morning chant blaring through their speakers. After breakfast next morning we were moved to a main floor room next to the lobby. The new room was unbearably hot and room temperature was controlled by the hotel so guests are not allowed to heat or cool their own room to their liking. We opened our windows as much as possible when we were there but at times we could smell cigarette smoke from their employees so we would have to shut our window. The next morning in the lobby I heard a couple complaining about their room being too cold to sleep in.My husband and I booked the traditional Turkish hammam treatment (Kese scrub and foam massage). The spa was understaffed since the ladies administering the treatments were also operating the spa desk. Our 7pm treatment was running 20 minutes behind schedule. Our treatment was fantastic but we noticed we only received 30 minutes instead of the paid 45 minutes of treatment. Pool is free but have to buy 5 euro swim cap. This info needs to be noted on their website and communicated to all their guests.WIFI at this hotel is horrible. Our first room we assumed it was due to the location of us being in the far corner but WIFI connectivity was bad even for our room that was 2 doors down from the hotel lobby.

The staff were highly professional and kind. Special thanks for the care and good advice to Seda and Bariš. The hotel is located in a city district with a great atmosphere and vibe.

The pillows were hard, there were no tissues and “city view” was a bit misleading

The hotel is in a prime location, close to everything and very convenient for getting around.

the facilities could use some updates. The bathroom in my room had dirty shower tiles and you could see mold painted over on the ceiling. With some maintenance and care, this place could easily match its great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Erba Hotel. The location was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room we got was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The only thing we didn’t like was that sometimes the surrounding roads were closed, so taxis couldn’t park directly in front of the entrance — which made it a bit inconvenient when carrying a lot of luggage.

Great location about a 10-12 minute walk to most sites. Spacious rooms and very clean. Staff very helpful and the breakfast was to look forward to each day.

Excellent, very,helpful and attentive staff. Great massage. Good breakfast. Had a problem with the a/c, but they fixed it quickly and it worked fine and easy to adjust.

Accidentally booked for 5 nights instead of 4. Management would not refund extra night.
