Perfect location, very clean, amazing and super helpful people working there. I ll recommend it for anyone!!

It’s well located! The room was decent enough. And so was the bathroom. It’s a decent sized room, not very big but manageable.

The staff could be smilier. :) And could be a little more helpful. I asked if there were English channels on their tv since i had already flipped through 100 channels and still everything was in Turkish. I think they had 240 channels. Guy just said “I don’t know. You have to just flip through all the channels”. Oh well. I guess you get what you pay for. :)

Only the location.

The bathrooms are straight up disgusting—filthy with mold all over the shower and sink. I asked to switch rooms, and they showed me a couple of others that were just as bad. Offered to pay extra for an upgrade, but they claimed nothing better was available and "all rooms are the same." Yes, bathrooms were dirty in other rooms that I saw, too. Checked out the next morning, the receptionist offered "more options" they could've offered the night before. Too late—I'd already booked elsewhere. Impossible to stay in that kind of filth. Steer clear! I have kindly asked for a refund for the other 2 nights I was not staying, and it was denied. I sent an email with pictures, no answer. Even an apologize.

It's 3 mins away from the metro station and has a lot of restaurant options close to it

The taxi doesn't come to the street of the hotel or even the one after which makes you walk with your language for 5 mins. Hotel is not clean, the mattress was deadly old and the bathroom was not clean too. Also, they don't even refill the room with sugar, tea, etc.. u have to go buy them yourself. There is not even water bottles at the hotel.

The location is perfect, near everything.The staff were very friendly and speak many languages.the hotel is clean.

They don't serve a breakfast .

The reception staff. Absolutely great people. Friendly and very helpful. Ready to help and inform about whatever, wherever and whenever. 10/10

The room we stayed in, 206, was not maintained properly by the cleaning crew at all. The bed sheets were never changed, the pillow sheets only one in our 5 days stay, the floor was improperly mopped, and leftover garbage was visible from the previous guests. What topped all of were the bed bugs. Absolute No-Go. The reception staff were assistive enough to swap the room immediately, but the idea of paying for a stay with bed bugs, is hellish..

Location is good. Lots of restaurants. Very accessible, and near major attractions.

It was wonderful stay more importantly the staffs of Flower Palace they were very much supportive and made me to feel at home especially Habib he is gifted to take care of every guests respectfully. The location was very nice and ideal for historical places visits, shopping, exploring new things, etc.

The shower needs some maintenance.

The location is the best you could ask for. The room was spaceous and the beds were really good. Really good value for money and we would definitely stay there again next time.

Little noisy when the windows are opet but nothing too bad, when you close the windows you can barely hear anything. We give 9 out of 10 because of the shower, there is no mobile part, only the fixed one on the wall so it is not that convinient and they could really do something about it. If we had brought a child we wouldn't have been able to give it a shower

1) Great location: - right next to Gülhane Park (5-7min walk)- 5min to T1 tram stop (must have route for travelers:)- 10min walk to Eminonu (ferry connection)- close to Sultanahmet (Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Topkapi Palace).2) There is elevator in hotel.3) Room is simple but comfortable and it has nice view out the window.

Some electrical sockets need repairs (or replace).

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to everything.

We booked two rooms. One for the kids 3 sleeper and was fine but a bit small. Our bedroom had a bad odour and was seen on previous reviews. We left the windows open and extractor on which helped somewhat. Additionally note that transportation cannot come right to the door. So you need to wheel your suitcases either up the road or down the road.

perfect location, everything is near including mosques, tramway station, metro station, restaurants, shops. generally location is very safe. it was very clean, cozy. staff was so polite, friendly and very helpful. safe to leave important staff in the room and also luggage in the lobby. definitely will visit again

I would choose this accommodation again for sure. Spacious room, great location, wonderful staff! Nothing more is needed for a wonderful vacation in Istanbul

Is in the centre which is very good everything is close by. It was ok the rooms had space but needs a renovation in some areas . The people working there were friendly and helpful

It needs some renovation in some parts of the hotel plus the coffee they had you can not drink it is awful . The hotel does not have breakfast

Location is very good, very nearvto Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace

1. We stayed for 6 nights, but bad linens weren't changed once, the cleanliness also should br improved2. We asked for trash bin inside the room, but weren't provided for six days3. We booked Bosphorus tour through hotel, in which committment was to provide pick & drop from hotel, but later werl were dropped almost 2km far from hotel

It was close for all the tourist spot aside from that it was very clean room, comfortable and good value of money. Baran the reception of the hotel was so kind, and helpful for us he is so approachable. It was superb experience

Walkable distance to all the main attractions of Istanbul: Haghia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar etc. many eateries and shops outside the hotel.

No complimentary bottles of water in the room. The water shoots out too strongly from the shower head; perhaps it needed cleaning.
