It is very centrally located near the main market.

The room was a bit small, seemed very cramped. Other than this it was all good.

Good location. Very Very Friendly staff has made us fill like a part of their family.

Everything about our stay at Grand Rosa was exceptional. Breakfast buffet had wonderful variety of delicious foods, continental as well as traditional Turkish fare. All in all our party of 4 was pleased with our stay!

Staff was very friendly, helpful. Facility was neat and tidy. Most importantly the location was unbeatable. We walked to the Blue Mosque and Ayasofia in 15-20 mins. The grand bazar was only 5-7 minutes walk literally.

I would suggest they could provide a small bin for the room. Just a thought.

The staff are helpful esp those at the reception.

The used cup for coffee was turned upside down without being cleaned. The bed had too much layers which made it too soft for comfort. The location was difficult to reach by private vans especially when you have luggages. We had to walk quite a distance in an uphill climb with our luggages because the road was not open.

Staff and the owner are very nice friendly and very helpful location is great lots of good places are walking distance good breakfast i have been to Istanbul many with different hotels but Grand Rosa is my favorite for now is my place to stay anytime I come to Istanbul

Everything about this hotel was absolutely outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. The facilities exceeded my expectations, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest.??

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.

This is probably my 8th visit to this hotel. Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and their breakfast stands out as the best breakfast I've ever had in Istanbul.The staff are very helpful, in particular, Dilen and Islam.

The Location was nice.

I believe the room was too small, likely less than 20 m². On the second night, there was a very unpleasant smell when we entered, which became worse when we turned on the AC and used the toilet. We had to keep the window open to let the smell dissipate.

The front steps up into the hotel with no handrails. The constant drip in the bathroom. The tightness of the bed in the room.

Great Location, the closest hotel to Beyazit Tram Station (2 min Walk). Daily Cleaning of the room is perfect. The Breakfast is good and the Transfer service to Airport is perfect

Need more diversity in the breakfast especially for those who will stay for a long period.

Very friendly, respectful and very helpful staff. Good spread for Turkish breakfast. Great location in the old city.

Dusty curtains. Blankets should be laundered more frequently.
