Pros +
- The hotel is located perfectly, the rooms were very nice. But what we liked most of all - its staff. The main boss is friendly, he always finds time and nice words for every guest. But the best words I want to say about Veyis, front office manager. When I needed help (I broke the arm), he didn't only recommend us the hospital, but also accompanied us there and helped us a lot.

The staffs was amazing the location was great, especially Veyis helped us a lot for the HES code and linking it with the istanbul card, he kept our baggage safely!!!! If we came again to istanbul, definitely this hotel will gonna be our choice!!
The service is good and the staff was very nice friendly food was also pretty good I like this place I recommend it for you if you want stay in downtown Istanbul
Clean and safe
The service when I checked in and out fast and easy with Mr BOMAZON KOLPATL
The restaurant has very good food.
The only thing that have to change is the breakfast, it is very good but to have the same thing everyday could be boring. I know is because most of the guest are Turkish and from Middle East and that is their traditional breakfast.
Good location - room size
Weak WiFi signal
Hello Blisstanbul hotel I high recommend this hotel, it's one of the best hotels that I ever had. I stay for more than 10 days. And the thing that I really like is the location; it was very strategic. The room is cozy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Also, the price is very good compared with the services and the location.I highly recommend this hotel and thanks Booking for bring me this offer.
The elevator is very tight and small, especially in the light of current pandemic. So this I think the only thing that I didn't like.
